I will be posting evaluations based on what I observed from every team that participated in the DMV Top-250. Here is a look at those who played on Team 6.

[player_tooltip player_id='2148793' first='Blake' last='Adams'] | Blake (MD) '24

Adams is a southpaw guard who uses his quickness and handle to get into the paint. From there, he is comfortable finishing in a crowd but can also locate an open teammate for an easy look. One other thing I noticed about Adams is how vocal he was.

Aaron Bossiere | Bishop McNamara (MD) '26

Bossiere is a guard prospect who likes to push the tempo in transition. Anytime he gets a rebound, he immediately picks up his head to progress the ball up the court. Bossiere also applied consistent pressure on the ball defensively.

[player_tooltip player_id='1310616' first='Dylan' last='Boyce'] | Flint Hill (VA) '24

Boyce is comfortable operating as a floor spacer. He knows where to be off the ball and is shot-ready upon receipt.

[player_tooltip player_id='2148737' first='Javin' last='Gibson'] | Northside (VA) '25

Gibson is a player who I saw react quickly to 50/50 balls. He is efficient while in possession and moves the ball without hesitation.

[player_tooltip player_id='1611749' first='Reuben' last='Haigler'] | Gaithersburg (MD) '24

Haigler is a 6'4" forward who is always available for a dump-off. He showcased a soft touch from the short corner out to the three-point line. I liked how Haigler kept the ball moving without hesitation.

[player_tooltip player_id='2148716' first='Lawson' last='Hopkins'] | Flowers (MD) '25

Hopkins is a 6'2" wing who I saw grab a rebound from out of his area. He also did a nice job of spacing the floor when not in possession.

[player_tooltip player_id='2148856' first='Axel' last='Iturbe'] | St. Anne's Belfield (VA) '26

Iturbe is a 6'4" guard who is effective as a finisher in transition. He fills the lanes correctly and doesn't mind a defender in front of the rim when he is attacking.

[player_tooltip player_id='2148714' first='Kevin' last='Simmons'] | Gaithersburg (MD) '25

Simmons is a 6'3" guard who is a playmaker. He used ball fakes well, demonstrated good court vision, and looked to be assertive while in possession.

[player_tooltip player_id='1446198' first='Carmelo' last='Swinson'] | Norcom (VA) '26

Swinson is a downhill-type guard who gets from point A to point B in a blur. He is a one-man fast break in transition who keeps the ball on a string and must be stopped before he enters the paint.

Josh Whitaker | Douglass (MD) '24

Whitaker is a guard prospect who provides good floor spacing. He is shot-ready upon the catch and will let it fly without hesitation. Whitaker is also a playmaker on both ends of the floor.
