A smooth BBIQ guard that can play on the ball and off the ball. He has a smooth jumper that goes a long well with his driving ability. He can keep you off balance with his game. Plays on the U16 Brazilian National team and he has a lot of upside and do not dismiss his strength because he does not get pushed around on either end of the floor.
Bode Sparrow Bode Sparrow 6'2" | CG Davis | 2027 State UT || Davis High School || 2027 ||
Although the local hoop heads that know the youngsters coming up know he is not a new name but for some of the casual fans this kid is good. Currently ranked #1 in his class he is a three-level scorer that is just physically different at around 6’3. In many schools it is hard for freshman to see the floor but it is even harder to see the field at the varsity level, especially at a 6A school, well Bode is doing just that. Not sure how much he will see the floor at the varsity level on the basketball court but be sure we will see him on the floor at sometime because he is too good not to play and develop right away.
Bahan Buam || Wasatch Academy || 2024 ||
The 6’8 + kid is a problem not only does he have length, he has that grab and go ability that serves him well on the stage that Wasatch Academy will be playing on as the more overall skills you have the more impact you have on the outcome of the game. He has ridiculous wingspan and he honey dip a dunk too. That attacking skill will be a valuable asset to this team and as a new comer to Utah he will be a player to watch for sure.
Gavin Placide Gavin Placide 6'9" | SF Utah Prep | 2026 State UT || Utah Prep || 2026 ||
Class of 2026 move over because this kid is going to land near the top and he is going to move people down. Gavin is. 6’9 wing that plays out in the perimeter as well as the paint. He is not the type of player that feels that he is too good to not do work in the paint and wants to be called a guard exclusively, he is a player that will do whatever he has to do to score and win. This kid is a big D1 talent who’s recruiting is just taking shape.
Taj Degourville || Wasatch Academy || 2024 ||
The San Diego State commit is TUFF! Last we saw he he suited up with Drifty Elite and did work. He shoots, he creates and he is a walking bucket out on the floor. Excited to see the talent he plays with and it will open his game up even more.
