[player_tooltip player_id='1612213' first='Isaiah' last='Brown'] Cleveland

Previous Rank: 87

Brown arrives at Cleveland after playing for Peninsula last season. He's an extremely athletic guard with phenomenal slashing ability and burst. He's shown he can cut up defenses off the dribble, get to the hoop, and draw fouls. He brings intensity to both ends of the floor and is one of the new faces at Cleveland who should give the Eagles a different look in 2023-24.

[player_tooltip player_id='1434525' first='Blake' last='Stempniak'] Kentwood

Previous Rank: 110

The tall shooter out of Kentwood makes a rise because he has been so steady in providing constant spacing and shooting while making his release even quicker, and improving his ability to shoot in the face of defenders. He's a great example of a guy who has embraced his skills, leaned into that part of his game, and then built off of those strengths by mixing in paint looks and improving his handle on the perimeter.

[player_tooltip player_id='1977206' first='Logan' last='Tews'] Mountlake Terrace

Previous Rank: 109

Tews is another tough guard from Mountlake Terrace who plays with pace and energy, going end-to-end all game long. He does a good job penetrating and finishing strong at the rim, keeps his eyes up the court, and is a great security blanket off the ball who understands passing angles and how to make himself available.

[player_tooltip player_id='1978875' first='Atticus' last='Boba'] Skyline

Previous Rank: WL

The strong Skyline guard makes the leap up from the watch list in this update because of how solid he plays across the board, and his ability to be that reliable secondary scorer who has the talent to step up and also lead the way. He's especially effective at the rim, getting up high to finish and staying strong through contact. Boba also has the touch from mid-range and could be an all-league guy this winter.

[player_tooltip player_id='1450958' first='Beckett' last='Turner'] Ilwaco

Previous Rank: 125

The Ilwaco guard rises up the ranks as he's now a 6-foot-4 combo guard who's proven over the summer he can provide a unique blend of scoring and playmaking. His handle looks much improved, but it's also his court vision that has stood out and helped him become a higher-usage player and someone who can be counted on to lead the attack in more than one way.

[player_tooltip player_id='1450580' first='Ben' last='Fried'] West Valley

Previous Rank: 132

Fried was a solid player last season, scoring about 12 points per game and contributing solid numbers passing and rebounding. His team enjoyed a pretty successful season and a lot of it was due to Fried's ability to control the tempo and keep the team organized. However, this summer Fried has looked much more dynamic, getting better behind the arc and showcasing a little more speed with the ball. He could make a much bigger impression this season and help West Valley take that next step forward.

[player_tooltip player_id='1978880' first='Ty' last='Bloomfield'] Everett

Previous Rank: WL

Bloomfield is an excellent shooter, both from long-range and working into the mid-range off the dribble. He's a guy that can bring the ball down, space the floor, and shows some pretty good footwork and feel when taking the ball inside.
