This group was especially well rounded, boasting a balance of rebounding intensity and shotmaking production. All of the players in this group embraced their teammates, seeking out passing lanes at all times.

[player_tooltip player_id='2116965' first='Reece' last='Brown'] - Eaglecrest

Brown proved effective as a point of attack defender, handsy and quick laterally versus opposing guards. The 5'8 guard was especially quick going full court, proving effective at kickstarting fast breaks from steals. If left open along the perimeter, Brown proved capable of knocking down catch and shoot threes off the catch.

[player_tooltip player_id='2257257' first='Nicolas' last='Mavromat'] - Cherokee Trail

Mavromat proved to be a well rounded perimeter threat, finding ways to score on all three levels throughout Sunday. The guard was adept in the mid-range, capable of flowing into fades and pull-up jumpers when comfortable. Mavromat also showcased value facilitating in the half court, hitting rollers with well timed passes.

[player_tooltip player_id='2707739' first='Braxton' last='Dykstra'] - Northglenn

Dykstra was a capable scorer in the paint and along the perimeter, displaying soft touch on those attempts. He was effective off the ball, doing well at filling open space for efficient shot attempts.

[player_tooltip player_id='2257264' first='Blake' last='Bovee'] - Fruita Monument

Bovee displayed selflessness with the ball, seeking out opportunities to set up teammates with easy shot attempts. The 6'1 guard from Western Colorado proved adept at reading the defense, patiently waiting for help to approach on drives before making a decision.

[player_tooltip player_id='2120983' first='John' last='Beauprez'] - Eagle Ridge Academy

Beauprez displayed intrigue as a score first guard who has upside as a passer. The 6'1 guard displayed difficult shotmaking in the mid-range, knocking down a few fadeaways in traffic.

[player_tooltip player_id='2118308' first='Jackson' last='Brandt'] - Prospect Ridge Academy

Brandt could heat up quickly, capable of knocking down multiple jumpers in back to back possessions. The 6'2 guard was among the most potent shooters from this event, although he was not just a shooter. If the defense overplayed the perimeter, Brandt did well reading the floor and attacking downhill through contests.

[player_tooltip player_id='2120985' first='James' last='Huff Jr.'] - Regis Jesuit

Huff proved to be one of the most impactful defensive players at this event, showing value moving laterally to deny driving lanes. The 5'10 guard embraced contact on either end, grabbing quite a few blocks throughout the event. Another aspect of his positive impact came from his two-way rebounding, proving mobile yet durable against bigger opponents. Given his ability to grab defensive rebounds and tip away passes, Huff was especially active creating scoring opportunities in transition.

Drew Abbott - Chatfield

Abbott was a shifty ball handler going either direction, capable of handling pressure.

[player_tooltip player_id='2257269' first='Ty' last='Gaddis'] - Longmont

Gaddis was yet another selfless facilitator, complemented by consistent hustle on the offensive side. The guard stayed effective at moving off the ball, filling space with urgency.

[player_tooltip player_id='2057083' first='Jai' last='Jegede'] - Smoky Hill

Jegede embraced the fundamentals throughout this event, seeking out box outs and consistently keeping active hands to deter opponents. The 6'2 guard boasts a wiry frame with good positional reach, proving effective as a rebounder on the defensive end. There is no doubt that the guard will be a high upside perimeter shooter, capable of stepping into those shots or flowing into threes off the catch.

This group was especially well rounded, boasting a balance of rebounding intensity and shotmaking production. All of the players in this group embraced their teammates, seeking out passing lanes at all times.
