The Finale took place in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma this past weekend. It featured a lot of great teams and talent from a variety of states. There were 18 15U teams that participated in the event and these are the top players that ranked 16-20 from the event. Lets find out who the dominant players were.
<!-- wp:acf/evaluation-block {"name":"acf/evaluation-block","data":{"player_evaluations_0_player":["2053545"],"_player_evaluations_0_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_0_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_0_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_0_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_0_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_0_evaluation":"[player_tooltip player_id='2053545' first='Reed' last='Hellman'] played well, utilizing his size to make an impact. He rebounded decently, coming up with some second-chance points in the process. On offense, he would position himself well and score inside. He flashed the ability to drive, as he drove and finished over a smaller defender, with him being 6'3. On defense, he had some good shot contests, one of them leading to him grabbing a rebound. He impacted the game on both ends of the court. His team went 1-3 during the weekend, but Hellman showed flashes of skill during it.","_player_evaluations_0_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_1_not_in_database":["not_in_db"],"_player_evaluations_1_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_1_player_details_selected_featured_image":"","_player_evaluations_1_player_details_selected_featured_image":"field_62cca28ffa4e7","player_evaluations_1_player_details_player_name":"Braylen Taylor","_player_evaluations_1_player_details_player_name":"field_62aba4c9ecf2f","player_evaluations_1_player_details_graduating_class":"2026","_player_evaluations_1_player_details_graduating_class":"field_62aba4ddecf30","player_evaluations_1_player_details_height":"6'2u0022","_player_evaluations_1_player_details_height":"field_62aba4e8ecf31","player_evaluations_1_player_details_position":"77243","_player_evaluations_1_player_details_position":"field_62aba4f0ecf32","player_evaluations_1_player_details_school":"Classen SAS","_player_evaluations_1_player_details_school":"field_62aba4fdecf33","player_evaluations_1_player_details_club_team":"Oklahoma Mindset","_player_evaluations_1_player_details_club_team":"field_62d20e723441a","player_evaluations_1_player_details":"","_player_evaluations_1_player_details":"field_62aba4afecf2e","player_evaluations_1_evaluation":"Bryalen Taylor has decent size, being 6'2. Utilizing his size and getting good positioning, he came up with one offensive rebound after another. I recorded six offensive rebounds in one game for him, with two of them leading to putbacks. He scored inside a couple of times, with one of them resulting in an and-one. He showed a little bit of expanded range to the mid-range, where he knocked down a turnaround jumper from ten feet out. He finished the game with a double-double with points and rebounds, to go along with a block. His team went 1-3, but he looked impressive when I watched him play.","_player_evaluations_1_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_2_not_in_database":["not_in_db"],"_player_evaluations_2_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_2_player_details_selected_featured_image":"","_player_evaluations_2_player_details_selected_featured_image":"field_62cca28ffa4e7","player_evaluations_2_player_details_player_name":"Malachi Hardiman","_player_evaluations_2_player_details_player_name":"field_62aba4c9ecf2f","player_evaluations_2_player_details_graduating_class":"2027","_player_evaluations_2_player_details_graduating_class":"field_62aba4ddecf30","player_evaluations_2_player_details_height":"6'3u0022","_player_evaluations_2_player_details_height":"field_62aba4e8ecf31","player_evaluations_2_player_details_position":"77243","_player_evaluations_2_player_details_position":"field_62aba4f0ecf32","player_evaluations_2_player_details_school":"Guthrie High School","_player_evaluations_2_player_details_school":"field_62aba4fdecf33","player_evaluations_2_player_details_club_team":"Team Griffin 14U","_player_evaluations_2_player_details_club_team":"field_62d20e723441a","player_evaluations_2_player_details":"","_player_evaluations_2_player_details":"field_62aba4afecf2e","player_evaluations_2_evaluation":"Malachi Hardiman's team is 14U, but they played up in the 15U league. Despite playing up, Malachi Hardiman has good size compared to the competition. He was willing to sacrifice his body by setting bruising screens left and right. He would utilize his size to grab rebounds, clearing space, boxing out, and snagging the board. Several of the offensive rebounds resulted in second-chance points. On offensive, he would position himself well to receive the ball and score over the smaller defenders. On defense, he played great interior defense and contested shots well.
