He was running the point most of the game for his teams first matchup and he has a tight handle. He is a crafty player that knows how to get to the rim and was finishing in traffic through the day. He was showing good vision finding his teammates with some nice lead passes. On the defensive end he had the ability to alter shots and was making it difficult on the driving plays all day. He was able to send some shots away and made an impact from game 1.

He is a player that has a nice midrange and was showing it off, consistently knocking it down throughout the day. He plays with power and when he was able to get the ball into the paint he was able to finish through contact. He was able to draw some and ones and was converting at the line at a high clip. He was able to get into positions to be explosive and took advantage of the defense. Towards the end of the game he was able to get out in transition for some easy baskets and carried his team to the finish.
He was feeling hot throughout the day, knocking down shots from behind the arc and was making the defense pay whenever they left him open. He was getting to the paint and finishing through contact converting his opportunities. He was also able to create some opening for his teammates when he was driving as well. On the defensive end he was able to poke the ball out and get out on the break in transition, finishing in the paint as well.
Eckles was a player that was dominating in the paint on the offensive end and was using his strength to back players down to finish over them with ease. With his height he was a mismatch nightmare for teams as he was able to assert his dominance throughout the day. On the defensive end he was altering shots in the paint and was able to crash the boards and limit second chance points. Was able to show his ability to play above the rim with some nice dunks throughout the day.
Highlights
Collins was able to be a high energy player for his team, being active on both ends. On the offensive end he was being aggressive and getting into the paint, where he was able to hit some turn around jumpers as well as getting to the rim and finishing through contact. As the day continued and he got more comfortable, he was able to knock down the 3 ball. On the defensive end he was playing the passing lanes and chipping in on the boards as well.
Highlights
Laverty is a player that showed good vision throughout the day, finding the open player on cuts and being able to drive and kick to create as well. He showed the ability to step out behind the arc and was shooting lights out when the defense left him open. His ability to knock down the outside shot, helped him get into the paint where he was drawing contact and getting to the charity stripe, converting at a high rate.
