Andrew Jensen — PF — All Wisconsin
I think that Jensen could be a special player in Wisconsin’s 2026 class. The 6-foot-9 power forward dominated on Sunday at the Hard Work Finals. Even though the All Wisconsin prospect has tremendous positional size, he still is very mobile as an athlete. He blocks shots around the rim and is also capable of guarding on the perimeter. On the offensive end of the court, Jensen throws down some impressive dunks. It has been really fun to see Jensen develop as a prospect over the last couple of months.
Maxwell Woods Maxwell Woods 5'10" | PG Chanhassen | 2024 MN — PG — Minnesota Fury
It is time to give Woods all of his flowers. The Minnesota Fury point guard was one of my favorite players to watch over the last handful of years. Leading his team to a championship victory on Sunday, Woods did some special stuff. With the ball in his hands, Woods is a blur. Opposing defenders simply can’t stay in front of Woods. As a slasher and scorer, the Minnesota Fury standout could not be stopped. He made several winning plays down the stretch of Fury’s final game on Sunday.
Tayvion Stewart Tayvion Stewart 6'0" | PG Park of Cottage Grove | 2024 State MN — PG — Powerhouse Hoops
When his team needed him most, Stewart stepped up and performed. He tallied 16 points in the second period and converted on several big-time buckets. He did it in different ways, too. Stewart made some threes, passed well, and finished layups at the rim.
Jeremiah Sem Jeremiah Sem 6'3" | SG Fargo North | 2024 State #303 Nation ND — PG — Sanford Sports
I love Sem’s game. The Sanford Sports point guard is fun to watch on both ends of the court. On offense, he has a smoother jumper from deep and from the mid-range. He also has enough athletic pop to get to the rim and finish acrobatic layups. On defense, he is aggressive and slick. He uses his quick hands to create steals and turnovers
Porter Ihnen Porter Ihnen 6'5" Lennox | 2024 MN — F — Sanford Sports
I think that Ihnen’s game could translate really well at the college level. The Sanford Sports forward is big, strong, and physical. He pairs his size and strength with a lot of skill. The forward serves as a productive “three and D” prospect. Even though Sanford Sports fell short of their goal of taking home some hardware, Ihnen still boosted his stock.
Omar Kaba Omar Kaba 6'8" | C Blake | 2025 State MN — PF — Minnesota Heat
Kaba was dominant on Sunday morning. The Minnesota Heat power forward used his 6-foot-7 frame to take over the game in the paint. Even though he was being guarded by smaller defenders, Kaba still impressed with solid post moves. At one point in the second half, he backed his defender down and threw down a monster dunk through a foul. Kaba was awesome on Sunday morning. I really enjoyed watching him play.
Max Lorenson Max Lorenson 6'2" | SG Eden Prairie | 2025 State MN — G — Minnesota Select
Lorenson may have been the best player in this weekend’s 16U field. Leading Minnesota Select to a championship, the guard did it all. The guard is an outstanding slasher and scorer. When Lorenson makes up his mind and decides to attack the bucket, there aren’t many defenders that can stop him. Lorenson had two big-time scoring performances in MN Select’s final two games.
