This talented group of youngsters have enjoyed a very successful grassroots summer, which included an appearance in the championship game at last week’s Under Armor Rise Circuit in Atlanta. Here is a look at the members of the Marcus Denmon Elite 15U team.

Blayne Marshall Blayne Marshall 6'1" | PG Blue Springs South | 2026 State MO : A 6’1″ 2026 point guard from Blue Springs South who distributes the ball well on offense and takes the ball away on defense. He does both things very effectively to help his team. He advances the ball well with the pass and is always on the lookout for his teammates. He can also score on slicing moves to the basket and he will also post up a smaller guard inside. He is a tenacious ball hawk who will get a number of strip steals and deflections over the course of a single game.
JaKhai Carter: A 6’1″ guard from Mill Valley (KS) who is a talented offensive player. He has a quick first step to the basket and he plays well of two feet with good balance and the ability to finish. He has good ball fakes to set up his defenders for his moves. He can knock down the open 3-pointer with extended shooting range and he is very good at creating his own shot off the dribble.
Tre Paulding Tre Paulding 6'4" | SG Lee's Summit North | 2026 State MO : The 6’3″ 2026 guard from Lee’s Summit North is one of the most explosive young wings in the KC area. He is ready to throw down a nice dunk at any opportunity whether it’s in the transition game or off an alley-oop pass in the half court. He is also an excellent 3-point shooter who can dial it up off the catch. He also has a quick first step to set up a slashing drive to the basket. He is a two-sport standout who excels on the baseball field.
Joshua Wheeler: A 6’1″ 2026 guard from St. Michael the Archangel who has plenty of offensive game. If he gets a clean look from 3-point range, he is going to knock it down with good consistency. He can also create off the dribble and can get to his spots on the floor. His mid-range game is excellent as he can stop and pop and hit the fadeaway from the elbow. He can also maneuver through traffic and score in tight spaces in the lane.
Ayden McGibboney: A 6’3″ 2026 wing player from Blue Valley Northwest who attacks very well off the dribble and excels in the transition game. He has good footwork and quick moves to beat bigger defenders to the basket for layups. He also does a good job of operating off two feet in the lane.
Kenison Stone Kenison Stone 6'4" | SG Staley | 2026 State MO : A 6’3″ 2026 wing guard from Staley who has good size and athleticism on the wing. He is very effective when he’s slashing to the basket and he has a nice 10-12 foot jumper on the pull up with good elevation. He is a good offensive rebounder with a quick jump inside to get offensive putbacks.
Aydin Rollins: A 5’8″ 2026 point guard from Blue Springs South who has good speed and quickness. He is a pass-first guard who looks to distribute the ball in a very unselfish manner. He is capable of beating full-court pressure at times with his speed in the open court. He can also run the pick-and-roll well with his ability to get downhill or find the roll down man with the pocket pass.
Landon Van Pelt Landon Van Pelt 6'7" | PF Lee's Summit | 2026 State MO : A 6’7″ 2026 power forward from Lee’s Summit who has a big body and he uses it well around the basket. He is an excellent screener and he was consistently freeing up his teammates for open jumpers and drives. His positioning on defense was good and he was boxing out on every shot attempt. He was also blocking shots on the defensive end. He catches the ball well in traffic and he can score with either hand inside.
Parker Seithal: A 6’8″ 2026 forward from Blue Valley (KS) who is an impressive jump shooting young big. He is ideal in the pick and pop with his ability to shoot the 3-pointer and space the floor. He has good mobility to go with his good size and height. He also has a nice little jump hook over the left shoulder that he can score with inside. As he continues to gain physical strength, he will become an even better prospect.
Terrence Green: A 2026 point guard from Lee’s Summit North who has excellent quickness and the ability to penetrate in the lane with speed and a nice burst. He does a nice job in the open court as he is capable of going coast to coast to score a layup.
