Tre is coming off a strong junior season at Lee’s Summit North and an equally impressive summer that saw him earn offers from Rockhurst and Washburn. A versatile wing with great length and a solid frame, Paulding consistently created mismatches throughout the year. He’s a skilled shot-creator off the bounce, using a crafty handle and knocking down perimeter shots with consistency — whether off the catch or in dribble handoff actions. This summer, he showcased an aggressive mindset, attacking the rim in both transition and half-court sets. He excelled finishing above the rim, especially on lobs, and even flashed a developing back-to-the-basket game. For Lee’s Summit North to make a serious run this winter, Paulding will need to lead the way — elevating his scoring and asserting himself on both ends of the floor with his combination of size, skill, and athleticism

The 6’5 2026 wing player does a little bit of everything to help his team win. He hit a step back 3-pointer in the closing seconds to win a game. He can score inside and outside while also creating scoring opportunities for his teammates. He rebounds the ball well and he’s a versatile defender with his size.

A bright spot on MPJ Elite from tonight, Paulding checked a lot of boxes from the wing position. Showing sudden change of direction when attacking off the bounce, Paulding used his burst to beat defenders off the dribble. With a college ready frame, Paulding wasn’t being knocked off his spot when he attacked. I liked how Paulding used his left hand at the rim to finish, showing confidence using either hand to score. Also making a couple nice passes, Paulding had a sweet hook pass for an assist and a behind the back dime as well. With a high motor that runs at all times, Paulding covered a ton of ground on the court at both ends. Developing as a shooter, that will be the key swing skill for Paulding as he did knock down a corner 3-pointer in the second half.
