Cole Hansen Cole Hansen 6'4" | SG Legacy Early College | 2024 State SC – Legacy Early College
One of the Top Shooters on the UAA Circuit will be joining Legacy Early College for his Senior Season. Hansen, who is originally from Racine, Wisconsin, plays Grassroots Ball with Wisconsin Playground. His combination of a quick and high release makes it hard for defenders to contest, and he is a confident scorer from both the Mid-Range and Perimeter.
Elijah Crawford Elijah Crawford 6'1" | PG Brewster Academy | 2024 State #169 Nation New E – Legacy Early College
Keeping Elijah Crawford Elijah Crawford 6'1" | PG Brewster Academy | 2024 State #169 Nation New E in Greenville is about as big of a move as Legacy could have made this summer. He is a big-time scorer and one of the most creative playmakers in his class. Crawford was extremely impressive this weekend, and he will return to Team Thad on the Nike EYBL Circuit, who have a real chance of winning the Peach Jam in early July.
Travis Stickney Travis Stickney 6'1" | PG Oceanside Collegiate | 2024 State SC – Oceanside Collegiate Academy
Stickney ran the show for Oceanside in the Sizzlin’ Summer Shootout Gold Bracket Championship Game. His ability to score and facilitate in the Pick-and-Roll offense caused so many problems for the Greer Defense. He will be a steadying force both on and off the floor for the Landsharks, who will seek to defend their AA Lower State Title in the Upcoming Season.
Zyan Hager Zyan Hager 6'1" | SG Catawba Ridge | 2024 State SC – Catawba Ridge High School
In each of the two games I got to see Catawba Ridge play this weekend, Hager made 3 3 Pointers. He is one of the Top Deep Range Shooters in the state and needs very little room to get his shot off. He will provide much-needed space for his fellow Copperhead Guards. I have very high expectations for Catawba Ridge in the upcoming season, and Hager’s ability to fill it up from behind the arc is one reason why.
Landon Foley Landon Foley 6'3" | CG Catawba Ridge | 2024 State SC – Catawba Ridge High School
Another Copperhead Senior who had a good weekend is Landon Foley Landon Foley 6'3" | CG Catawba Ridge | 2024 State SC . Foley is a super consistent player for Catawba Ridge, never ranging too high or too low and being a solid offense force. He is a great cutter, which plays well to the passing ability of the Copperhead Backcourt. Foley had a really good game on Friday afternoon, in which he had 11 Points against North Augusta in Pool Play.
Tanner Harrell – North Augusta High School
The son of North Augusta Head Coach Tony Harrell, Tanner will have an important role in the Yellow Jacket Offense. He is a terrific shooter and passer, a valuable combination. In an intense game against Catawba Ridge on Friday Afternoon, he went 4-6 from behind the arc and added 4 Assists in a 73-70 loss.
