Hansen played a little bit more on the ball this season for the Lions. Cole who is originally from the State of Wisconsin played just one season with the Lions. He previously attended Wauwatosa West HS. Cole is a very deceptive athlete who can get to his spots on the floor.
Cole will make shots and never seems to be shaken while on the floor. Hansen could be a solid get at the next level with his ability to play both spots in the backcourt.

The 2024 Pete Hollis Showcase was the first time I have seen Cole in a true-Point Guard role and I was impressed, particularly with his performance on Saturday Night. He did a good job of keeping the Legacy Offense in rhythm, while still being able to get buckets for himself. Hansen had 17 points in the second half, scoring the ball with efficiency from both deep and close range. Another thing that stood out was his adjustments within the game. Much like how his scoring increased as the weekend went on, his general feel for the game did as well. He also had a couple of good plays using his hands on the defensive end, totaling 3 steals across 2 games.

Cole Hansen | 6’4″ | G | 2024 | Legacy Early CollegernI am hoping that everyone will give me some leeway on this one, of course, he is on the list, but his play speaks volumes more so than any connection to me. He is a competitor, and like Bennet, is recognized wherever he goes as the one that will just out work most others. His resume is more than that though: a deadly shooter that also runs the floor well, that picks his defensive assignment up at least 3/4 court. The simple fact of the matter is there are only 2 other players in the state that have played the highest competition, whether it is AAU or National Invite Camps, (Crossroads/Pangos) as this one has and had the success he has. Where he ‘fits’ in all of the rankings has been left up to others for good reason and something tells me that this prospect just doesn’t care about all of that noise. He just wants to play a game and beat ya.

Scrappy guard who brings some intensity to the floor for Tosa West. If he sees a couple of shots go in early, look out because Cole has the ability to catch fire on any give night. Defensively he embraces the challenge of guarding talented players. Putting up a team high 19.4 points per game.
