[player_tooltip player_id='1542122' first='Palmer' last='Baynes'] of St. Cloud Tech (6'4 SF, 2024). Palmer is known to be a guy that can go off and knock down several threes and we saw that first hand today as he scored 23 points for Tech (transfer from Sartell). It wasn't just the five threes made but also the two slashing scores where he caught and finished plus the floor run for a putback. Baynes shot 9 of 14 giving room for teammate [player_tooltip player_id='1293963' first='Mekhi' last='Edwards'] to have a strong game as well.

[player_tooltip player_id='1874806' first='Charles' last='Duncan'] of Robbinsdale Armstrong (6'0 SG, 2025). Really liked Duncan as a running mate with [player_tooltip player_id='1448601' first='Desmond' last='Ware']. Duncan pushed some, handled when Ware was out, had four assists making the right feeds, and he scored a dozen points actively cutting and slashing to the rim. He was a second scoring option for Armstrong in a win over Tech and a nice addition from Highland Park where Duncan scored eight points a game last season as a sophomore.

Navonn Fields of Robbinsdale Armstrong (5'11 SG, 2024). Fields played off the bench for the Falcons last year and is looking for a larger role this winter entering his senior season. He's off to a good start scoring a dozen points with seven boards while defending with activity in the Armstrong win over Tech. Fields contested everything, finished on the move, and got to boards out of his area throughout the win.

[player_tooltip player_id='1617679' first='Alex' last='Kopetzki'] of Andover (6'1 PG, 2025). You remember Ben Kopetzki, the next one up is Alex and he's off to a great start with 26 points today in his big minute Andover varsity level debut. Knocked out four threes leading his team to the win along with [player_tooltip player_id='1441798' first='Chase' last='Pemberton'].

[player_tooltip player_id='2103353' first='JJ' last='Longstreet'] of Delano (6'6 SF, 2025). Longstreet is a long athlete that his team needed to rebound, and he did (7), and they needed him to defend the other team's best player, which he did. He knocked out a three, scored around the basket, and filled a role. I think JJ has a chance to grow into a nice prospect.

[player_tooltip player_id='1617754' first='Jaxon' last='Wolf'] of Minnetonka (6'2 SF, 2024). Wolf was a junior varsity player last year but when the game started today he was on the floor with the Tonka notable names. And you could see why when you Jaxon sprint to the spot, quickly move the ball, score four times actively, and rebound five times. Potentially that hard working JV to varsity bench contributor next season.
