Continue ReadingIt’s been a very productive couple of weeks for Thomas Landeck Thomas Landeck 6’6″ | SF Johns Creek | 2026 State GA , showing out at KSU Team Camp last weekend and also playing well at OTR x SHR on Saturday. Landeck’s name is circulating fast and he’s beginning to establish himself as a top guy in this class. Landeck has a well-rounded skillset at 6’6, able to play multiple positions and hurt you from inside-out. The outside shot looks good but his playmaking ability is what really stood out Saturday, a couple of eye-opening assists that rarely come from guys his size. Landeck and this Johns Creek team are certainly worth following this year.
Sequoyah will have a slightly different look this year without Preston Parker but the group they return could surprise people. Tousignaut will likely step forward as the guy and that’s what we saw on Saturday. A vital piece of last year’s squad, Tousignaut returns with experience and looks to have taken the next step in development. Still a deadly shooter, Tousignaut is now showing the ability to penetrate and finish above the rim too. LM/MM schools will want to have Tousignaut on their list heading into this weekend at Lakepoint.

The departure of Christian Anderson leaves big shoes to fill at Lovett but incoming freshman Cameron Cannon Cameron Cannon 5’10” | PG Lovett | 2027 State GA will certainly help. Cannon provided some solid point production on Saturday and shot the ball with a ton of confidence which is encouraging. He’s got quick hands on defense and turned lackadaisical ball-handling into points the other way. After seeing Cannon on Saturday, I expect him to step in and play a key role right away for Lovett.
Things are looking up at Lakeview Academy, a solid group of pieces under new head coach Benjie Wood. Tayden Ware Tayden Ware 6’7″ | PF Lakeview Academy | 2025 State GA will control the paint and that’s exactly what he did on Saturday. A big 6’6 body, Ware doesn’t need to score to impact the game. He’s very active, fights for boards, and plays hard defense. After a great spring with Norcross Heat and two strong showings with Southern Hoops Report, Ware’s name is trending in the right direction.
Josiah Parker Josiah Parker 6’7″ | SF Lee County | 2025 State GA may very well have been the best player in the gym on Saturday and he’ll be worth the drive to Lee County this year. Parker is 6’7 with a wide frame but moves well and is at his best operating in the open floor. He’s extremely skilled as a passer, vision that can’t be taught. Parker also scored it well, finishing through contact and hitting a couple of three-balls. It’s not everyday you come across a 6’7 point forward that’s strong, physical, and can create for others. I’d advise D1 programs to get eyes on Parker sooner than later.
