Eric Wallace | Prep Hoops Scout
Landeck, a senior wing with great size, has made his college decision and is headed to Rose-Hulman next fall. A skilled shooter with range, he understands how to play and consistently makes smart decisions on the floor for the 20-5 Gladiators. He also continues to show improvement with his ball skills, adding more versatility to his offensive game.

Thomas finished with 3 points, 7 rebounds, 3 assists, 2 steals and 1 block. At 6-foot-7, Landeck’s frame has filled out over the years. He’s got a strong and long build with quality agility. He attacked off the dribble on Saturday and found his lone bucket on a putback. All the measurables are there for Landeck to take off in college. He committed to Rose-Hulman yesterday.

I liked what I saw from Thomas against Starr’s Mill. The long swingman can attack defenders inside and out. He gets on the offensive glass but is also good at filling the lanes in transition and knocking down the three in the half court. His defense is a positive, especially when coming over to help protect the rim. Landeck has quality guard skills and is steadily improving. Thomas finished with 15 points, 4 rebounds and 2 blocks.

looks ready to lead this Gladiators squad into a region that looks wide open. Landeck provides good size and versatility at 6’6 while he’s also skilled enough to be the primary playmaker and generate offense. He’s more than capable from the three-point line and will punish defenders that are slow to put a hand up. We’re now seeing Landeck’s confidence at an all-time high as he seems to have embraced the new role. Landeck will certainly be one to keep tabs on this season.

caught plenty of eyes during the month of June, leading a Johns Creek team that will compete in a Region 7-6A that seems very much up for grabs. Landeck provides great size and versatility at the varsity level and that’s rare in rising sophomores. There’s a lot to like about Landeck’s perimeter skillset and he’s a gifted playmaker in the open floor. He finished the summer playing with Redline’s stacked 2026 group and heads into sophomore year with some momentum.

really showed out over a couple of weekends in June with Johns Creek and he has a chance to be one of Region 7-AAAAAA’s best players. Landeck’s combination of size and skill make for a lot of versatility. He’s 6’6 with great perimeter skills, a solid three-point shooter and capable playmaker in the open floor. , showing out at KSU Team Camp last weekend and also playing well at OTR x SHR on Saturday. Landeck’s name is circulating fast and he’s beginning to establish himself as a top guy in this class. Landeck has a well-rounded skillset at 6’6, able to play multiple positions and hurt you from inside-out. The outside shot looks good but his playmaking ability is what really stood out Saturday, a couple of eye-opening assists that rarely come from guys his size. Landeck and this Johns Creek team are certainly worth following this year.
