has been steadily climbing up the rankings over the past year or so, now up to #26 in the class. Tousignaut is one of the best three-point shooters in the state, extremely deep range and a ton of confidence behind every shot. He has good size for the position at 6’6 and recently, he’s been dunking just about everything he can around the cup. There’s also a level of toughness to Tousignaut’s game, willing to do the dirty work and go toe-to-toe with just about anyone. He should be on the radar for many LM-MM D1s as we head into the live periods.

Tousignaut is teetering on breaking out with college coaches. The 6-foot-5 swingman can score the ball inside and out and can impact games aside from just scoring. Brendan is a smooth combo-forward with good footwork and high IQ. He can provide points from all three levels. Tousignaut is toolsy, long-armed and effective. He gets on the glass and can help defend both in the paint and on the perimeter. He totaled 12 points, 8 rebounds, 4 assists, 3 steals and 1 block vs. Benedictine.

Sequoyah will have a slightly different look this year without Preston Parker but the group they return could surprise people. Tousignaut will likely step forward as the guy and that’s what we saw on Saturday. A vital piece of last year’s squad, Tousignaut returns with experience and looks to have taken the next step in development. Still a deadly shooter, Tousignaut is now showing the ability to penetrate and finish above the rim too. LM/MM schools will want to have Tousignaut on their list heading into this weekend at Lakepoint.
