We had the chance to check out the action and get a closer look at how a number of players have been progressing with their games this club season. Here’s a look at some of the top performers from the Class of 2026:
Eli Vizconde Eli Vizconde 5'11" | CG Mountainside | 2026 State OR , Dynasty (2026 Mountainside) – Known best as a lights out shooter for Mountainside during his freshman season, Vizconde has a different role for Dynasty as he’s largely handling the point and attacking the basket. We were impressed with how he was able to drive and finish through contact and also look for open teammates. It will be interesting to see how this translates into his sophomore season.
Josh Crane, Dynasty (2026 Benson) – Every time we’ve seen Crane play there is a lot of effort – especially on the offensive glass – and that was certainly the case in the action we watched over Memorial Day Weekend. He was very aggressive getting into the lane and whenever he missed, he was right there for second and sometimes third chance opportunities. Great effort on the defensive end as well.
Dache Acelar Dache Acelar 6'0" | CG Benson | 2026 State OR , Dynasty (2026 Benson) – Acelar is a marksman from the outside and that’s exactly what he did with Dynasty – either spot up on the wing or in the corners for kick-out passes for catch-and-shoot opportunities. Far from being a spot-up shooter, the rising sophomore also used some dribble moves to free himself up for either jumpers or floaters in the lane.
Jemai Lake Jemai Lake 5'11" | CG Tualatin | 2026 State OR , Team Fly (2026 Tualatin) – It is certainly not a stretch to say that Lake is the heir apparent at point guard for his older brother, especially when you watch him play. He’s extremely skilled as a shooter and ball-handler, and is confident on the floor, capable of leading the team in scoring while also getting teammates involved.
Jeremiah Pichon Jeremiah Pichon 6'0" | PG Cleveland | 2026 State OR , Team Fly (2026 Cleveland) – The other top attraction on the Team Fly squad was Pichon, who like teammate Lake has an older brother who he’ll fill in for this upcoming season. He’s also a talented scorer and shooter and has the length to really make an impact on the defensive end.
Jaxon Lawson Jaxon Lawson 5'10" | PG Canby | 2026 State OR , Rose City Rebels (2026 Canby) – Lawson was one of the top players on his Rebels team, often called upon for both scoring and distributing the basketball. He was solid on both ends of the floor in the action we saw him in.
James Wade James Wade 5'8" | PG Central Catholic | 2026 State OR , Rose City Rebels (2026 Central Catholic) – Memorial Day weekend was our first extended viewing of Wade, and we really liked what he saw. He’s one of the quickest players in the class and really showed the ability to blow past defenders, get to the hoop, and finish.
