He can create off the bounce going either way with the ball and proved tough for defenders to stay in front of. Phelps was tremendous in transition  showing off solid finishing skills in the open floor as well as in traffic. There's a lot to like about what he brings to the table as a prospect. His combination of power and versatility make him a unique player. He had one of the top overall scoring games in the 15u division, going off for 28 points. Booker is a slippery athlete that has complete control when the ball is in his hands. He was one of the better and more explosive shooters from behind the arc in the 15u field. When Francis is feeling his jumper, he can be an absolute game changer.
