There were many standouts throughout the event, and plenty of offers were thrown around as well. Here’s a look at part one of the 2025 standouts from the Maryland schools in attendance.
Malik Washington Malik Washington 6'5" | SF Archbishop Spalding | 2025 MD | 6’5” F | Archbishop Spalding
While Washington’s future is in football as he considered a top 5 quarterback in the country, he could easily be a nationally ranked basketball player if he focused on it, as he was one of the best players in the best scholastic live period in the country. The 6’5” forward is a freak athlete who is strong and explosive when he gets downhill, he’s a super competitor who works hard on the glass and the defensive end and he is able to make plays for others as well. He finished the event averaging 24.3 points on 67% shooting, 7.8 rebounds, 4 assists and 2.3 steals per game.
Jacob Wallace Jacob Wallace 5'10" | PG DeMatha | 2025 State MD | 6’0” PG | DeMatha
Wallace was fantastic for the Stags helping them go 5-0, including the highlight of the event when he hit the game winner against rival Paul VI at the buzzer. He’s an athletic two-way guard who has good speed and quickness off the bounce, he moves his feet defensively and has good hands to get deflections, he’s a natural playmaker who can create shots for himself and others and he simply makes winning plays for his team. He finished the event averaging 12 points, 5.6 rebounds, 5 assists and 2.2 steals per game.
Kade Sebastian Kade Sebastian 6'4" | SG DeMatha | 2025 State MD | 6’5” WG | DeMatha
Sebastian has been on the radar for the past few years and is known as a knock down shooter with good size, but he’s starting to show more with his high motor and grit to his game. He’s an all-out hustle type of player who will dive for loose balls and sacrifice his body defensively, he makes good decisions as a passer, he can knock down shots and he will do anything to help his team win. He finished the event averaging 10.4 points and 4 rebounds per game.
Donovan Flamer | 6’9” C | St. Frances
Flamer is a very intriguing young big man who continues to improve and get better every time we see him, and it’s the fact that he doesn’t need the ball or need to score to be effective that is very positive about his game. He’s long and mobile and he runs the floor and rebounds well, he’s a big time rim protector with good timing and he’s able to block and alter shots without fouling and he has good hands and finishing ability. He finished the event averaging 6.5 points, 5.8 rebounds and 2.3 blocks per game.
Tyler Jackson Tyler Jackson 6'2" | CG St. Frances | 2025 #40 Nation MD | 6’1” PG | St. Frances
Jackson is widely considered one of the top young guards on the east coast, and he showed his explosive scoring ability with a lot of big time performances. While Jackson isn’t the biggest guy he’s very good off the bounce and creating space and has a quick trigger on his shot, he can make very difficult shots from all three levels and he stays in attack mode and scores it in bunches. He finished the event averaging 19 points and 3.3 rebounds per game.
Trent Egbiremelon | 6’5” WF | St. Frances
Egbiremelon is one of a number of new faces on this St. Frances program, and he shows a lot of intrigue moving forward as a prospect. He has good positional size with long arms and is a good athlete, he knocks down shots from deep, he has good ball skills with the ability to put it on the deck and he has a lot of upside defensively. He averaged 9 points in 17.5 minutes per game.
