The rankings expanded to a Top 50 and our Watch List has now reached over 200 additional names that deserve attention and recognition. Throughout the week we will continue to breakdown the rankings further with stock-risers, new names, regional rankings, positional rankings, and much more. Let’s take a look at the top center prospects in this rankings update. This class has some really impressive young size!
There isn’t a more projectable big man in Indiana’s Class of 2026 than this Tippecanoe Valley prospect. At 6’6″ he will need to grow a couple more inches still, but there is time for that. However, he already dominates the glass and is a truly impactful defender as a guy who can switch out on the perimeter and protect the rim inside. Akase has a non-stop motor and is the best rebounder in the class.
Belcher had an excellent freshman season at South Side as he burst onto the scene averaging 8.8 points and 4.2 rebounds per game. The 6’7″ big man plays above the rim on both ends of the floor and flashes some real athletic upside as a bigger guy around the basket.
It won’t be shocking at all to look up when these guys are seniors and see Crews at or near the very top of the prospect rankings. He already has the size at 6’9″, has a knack for protecting the rim defensively, and shows the ability to finish when he gets the ball around the basket. I really, really like the upside of this Gary West Side prospect.
You can’t teach size and this prospect out of Bishop Noll Institute has plenty of it. Harbin is a 6’9″ center with some real physicality to his game which helped earn him an early scholarship offer from Incarnate Word after a strong spring with Indy Heat 2026 on the EYBL Circuit. As he continues to develop he will be a really intriguing prospect to follow.
