Rigney is a contagious player who can start momentum swings and he was a huge reason BDH Elite was able to pull away from Roots Academy Sunday morning. He got hot from the field at the right time, nailing three 3-pointers in a row and getting a couple buckets at the rim to all but seal the game and a 4-0 weekend for his team.

Cortes is a smaller player but he had the scrappiness and skill to succeed on Sunday afternoon. He’s a super quick point guard who can weave through defenses and hits the outside shot at a decent rate. He showed no fear going into the middle of the defense and provided a big lift for his team on the final day of the tournament.
Bierlink is a sharpshooting point guard who can draw a lot of attention for his scoring ability, but his passing over the weekend was equally tremendous. Sunday especially, he was zipping in passes just as he crossed in the half court set, running fast breaks to perfection, and finding ways to steal buckets while the defense slept.
Edwards is a hard-working forward who really ran the floor well and made strong takes to the hoop, finishing through contact and often beating defenders to the cup. He’s a long kid who played hard all weekend and made some big defensive plays from the help side to bring some rim defense to his BDH squad.
Neal is a solid all-around player who really found his rhythm offensively this weekend, showing he can shoot efficiently from the mid-range and out, setting up his ability to use the pump fake and get to the rim. He also chipped in some solid defensive play and was able to get involved in every aspect of the game.

Kenyon was a big presence inside for Central WA Select, outworking opponents and making some nice scooping finishes with his long reach to score around defenders. He was a tireless worker and even showed some decent touch with the jump shot, giving his team a multi-dimensional look at the forward spot.
