5) Sebastian Whitfield Sebastian Whitfield 6'5" | SF Cape Henry | 2025 State VA | 6’5” SG | Cape Henry (#13 Overall)
Whitfield emerged this season as one of the top players in the 757 regardless of class, and he’s going to be the next in a long line of talented Cape Henry prospects over the past few decades. The 6’6” wing is a natural scorer who has prototypical size and is a strong finisher when he gets downhill, he shoots the ball very well from deep off the catch with a quick release and effortless range and he can get to spots and rise up and knock down shots in the midrange too. He is a good athlete who will continue to get more explosive and he does the little things as a rebounder and a defender too.
4) Sincere Jones Sincere Jones 6'7" | SF Churchland | 2025 State VA | 6’6” SF | Churchland (#12 Overall)
Jones is one of the biggest stock risers so far this spring, as he’s coming off a sophomore breakout season at Churchland and has made a name for himself with Team Loaded VA on the 3SSB Circuit. The 6’6” wing looks the part as much as anyone as he has good size on the wing and a great frame with good strength, he’s a big time athlete who gets downhill and out in transition where he can throw it down and he’s a good defender who can guard multiple positions and is a good rebounder too. He’s picked up offers from Manhattan, Virginia Tech and Ohio so far this spring.
3) Jordan Scott Jordan Scott 6'7" | SG South Lakes | 2025 State #130 Nation VA | 6’6” SG | South Lakes (#7 Overall)
Scott was perhaps the breakout player this season in NOVA, as he led South Lakes to a state tournament birth and has continued his strong play this spring with VA Elite where he’s been turning heads of college coaches. The 6’6” off guard is a super talented player on both ends of the floor as he is a knock down shooter from deep who can get open on and off the ball and has effortless range, he can get downhill off the bounce where he can score it at the rim and in the midrange and defensively he moves his feet well and is an athletic rim protector too. He picked up recent offers from Pittsburgh, Penn State, Iowa and Illinois so far this spring.
2) Austin Williford Austin Williford 6'4" | CG Saint Anne’s Belfield | 2025 State #137 Nation VA | 6’5” SF | St. Anne’s-Belfield (#4 Overall)
Williford has been a standout player for STAB since he was in the eighth grade, and this season he was a big reason for their run to the VISAA D1 state championship. The 6’5” wing is a true do-it-all performer on both ends of the floor, as he’s an athletic and high motor player who gets after it on both ends of the floor and still has a lot of room to get better. He’s a lock down defender who moves his feet well and can protect the rim coming help side, he can score the ball from deep and can attack downhill where he can play above the rim, he’s a good rebounder and fights for loose balls and he continues to get better and more polished every time we see him.

Ament is our new number one player in the 2025 class in VA, as he’s showcased the entire package and has national scouts raving about his long term potential moving forward. The 6’8” wing has a unique blend of size and perimeter skill set that will translate to the highest of levels as he continues to develop and fill out. He’s able to rebound the ball and start the break with his ability to handle the ball in transition, he is a knock down shooter from deep that doesn’t need much space to be able to get his shot off, he scores it well from the midrange and can get to the rim where he’s a good finisher and he has good feel as a playmaker as well. He’s picked up recent offers Creighton, Maryland, Wake Forest, Virginia Tech and more so far this summer with Team Loaded NC.
