This past weekend Prep Hoops took in the action at the Phenom G3 Showcase in Rock Hill. The Palmetto State looks to be in really good hands in the years to come with this 2026 Palmetto State Class. Let’s simply take a look right here on this class and the players we saw today while in attendance.
Raymon and Parker help Team Charlotte to Victories:
Tre Raymon

South Pointe | 2026
State
SC
plays up with Team Charlotte 2025 and currently stands in the #1 spot for the Palmetto State. Raymon was knocking down shots from behind the arc today in a win over
Upward Stars 3SSB
Harvey. Tre has his game going on all cylinders. Raymon attends South Pointe HS in the Upstate. Tre was constantly in the middle of the action if it was picking up a deflection or making a quality pass at times.
Columbus Parker

Parker

Lancaster | 2026
State
SC
has really had a good spring for Team Charlotte 2026. Parker who attends Lancaster HS helped his squad win today. Columbus plays both guard spots in the backcourt and seemed to be quite effective. Parker plays the game under control and was able to set the tone at times or knockdown shots when given the opportunity. Parker didn’t land in the first set of rankings simply because the few times we saw Lancaster HS play during the season he didn’t play. Look for this young man to make a strong debut next month.
Carolina Rebels fall to Elite:
The Carolina Rebels were simply playing up an age group in today’s game here at the Phenom G3 Showcase. This team certainly doesn’t lack any kind of talent that is for sure.
Elton Smith Jr

Smith Jr

Cardinal Newman | 2026
State
SC
the #2 player in the Palmetto State was all over the glass at times on both ends of the floor. Smith already physically mature with great footwork plays the game above the rim at times. Elton has great length and a MOTOR that never seems to stop at times. He’s a a very skilled young man for his age and really possesses sharp passing skills for his size.
Korie Corbett
Korie
Corbett
6'3" | SF
Ridge View | 2026
State
SC
keeps improving and look for him to be a future Stock-Riser in the second edition of the 2026 Palmetto State rankings. Corbett drove the ball to the basket all game long and showed tremendous body control on the way to the cup. Korie was able to play all over the floor at times with his ability to handle the rock up the floor in transition and explode to the cup in the process. He was able to finish several drives through contact for the Rebels.
Yale Davis
Yale
Davis
5'11" | PG
Ridge View | 2026
State
SC
look to be on loan this weekend as he usually runs with SKG Pro16. Davis a crafty left-handed guard plays at Ridge View HS with Corbett. Yale is quick in the open floor with bursts to the basket at times. He was able to show a nice mid-range game here today.
Harrison Skinner
Harrison
Skinner
5'10" | CG
Bluffton | 2026
State
SC
isn’t the biggest guy on the floor by no means. Skinner plays the game with a fearless mindset at times. Skinner on loan this weekend was playing with Elite and his buddies from the Low Country. Harrison plays with plenty of confidence at times and will knockdown that open 3-ball with ease.
Skinner attends Hilton Head Christian Academy.
