They offered [player_tooltip player_id='1282617' first='Xzavion' last='Mitchell'] and two teammates late last week after a stellar performance in Kentucky. Mitchell averaged 22.4 PPG, 7.9 RPG, 4.4 APG, 1.6 SPG, and 1.8 BPG this year for Oshkosh North. Mitchell has an improving outside shot and stretch wing potential. He has a soft touch around the rim and plays well in transition. He's showing some advanced on ball creation as well as continuing to improve as a playmaker. He has high major potential and colleges will continue to call. Zach originally had an offer from UW-Green Bay, but with the coaching change, new head coach, Sundance Wicks, reaffirmed his offer. Zach has really grown as an on ball creator and proven to be lethal from the three-point line in high school and on the circuit. Kinziger averaged 15.4 PPG, 3.9 RPG, 2.9 APG, and 1.5 SPG on 56.3% FG and 43% 3P shooting for undefeated state champion De Pere. He does a great job of utilizing change of pace, hesitations, crossovers, and step backs to get defenders off balance. He's a three level scorer knocking on the doors of high majors. Herro had an up and down year for Whitnall averaging 6.3 PPG, 4.2 RPG, and 3.3 APG this year, but he rose to the occasion when the lights were the brightest. In the state semifinal at the Kohl Center, Herro dropped a career best 21 points including four straight points under a minute to seal the deal for Whitnall. It was really Herro's coming out game as a scorer, as he's mainly known as a facilitator. He's really developing into a shifty point guard with great vision and playmaking skills off the drive. More offers will come. This was on an impressive 57.7% from the field and 43.8% from three. On the big stage, Bender is proving his worth and colleges are noticing. He picked up offers from Cal Poly and SIU-Edwardsville this past week and I'm sure more will follow. He's a highly underrated guard and definitely has next level skill. He's a versatile finisher around and above the rim, showing flashes of his ambidextrous finishing abilities throughout the year. He has great size and a high release point on his jump shot making it hard for defenders to block. I'm really excited to track him the next two years.
