So, what makes a Prep Hoops “GameChanger?” That is up to the eyes of the beholder. It may be an additional top performer still leftover from our prior event coverage. It could also be a player who made a key play that swung the game or maybe knocked in a game-winning shot that could be highlighted here. Or, it simply could be a prospect that brought all of the intangibles to the table that led his team to victory. Let’s dive on in and highlight some of the GameChangers from the weekend’s Prep Hoops Circuit The Stage that took place on the north side of Indianapolis.

Paxton Crane
Paxton Crane
OPS 2025 Blue turned in a 4-0 weekend playing in a competitive Pool B and their 6’5″ big man was a big part of their success as he dominated the paint. Crane got things off to a hot start with back-to-back 18 and 20 point performances in their first two wins of the weekend. He continues to improve rapidly as a post presence and saw his hard work pay off at The Stage.
One of the more talented scoring guards in Indiana’s Class of 2026, Harris had his playmaking ability on full display at The Stage. He was a large part of Team Teague 2026 Felder’s 4-0 record while playing in a loaded group of talent in Pool A. Harris flashes potential as a true three level scorer with good quickness and athleticism off of the bounce. One of the best current freshman prospects at the event.

It has been a good spring so far for this 6’6″ forward out of Owensboro, Kentucky. Hughes dominated around the basket throughout the weekend helping to lead the New Outlawz 2025 squad to a perfect 4-0 record. He averaged 16 points per game along with cleaning the glass consistently on his way to a couple of double-doubles. The big man played some impactful defense around the basket as well.
While his teammate Keaton Hughes Keaton Hughes 6’7″ | C Owensboro | 2025 State KY held things down on the interior, Marr was the perimeter threat for the 4-0 New Outlawz 2025. He averaged 12 points, 5 rebounds, 3 assists, and 2 steals while making winning plays on both ends of the floor. The 6’2″ guard is a talented playmaker that was excellent down in Louisville at the Grit Region Kick-Off as well.
Montrell Northern

Northern is a quick, athletic guard that was a consistent scorer for Indiana Attack Basketball Club 2024 Blue throughout the weekend. His ability to stretch the defense with a smooth outside shot along with some playmaking ability off of the dribble made him a tough cover. Capped the weekend off scoring 17 points in a win over a very good R4L Elite team from Ohio. IABC finished 3-1 and Northern certainly was a big part of their winning.
Tyler O’Neill
Tyler O’Neill
A lot of these GameChangers that we are highlighting today were impactful parts of teams that had a lot of success over the weekend. O’Neill certainly fits that mold as he helped to lead AUSA Brook to a 4-0 record against some of the top competition at The Stage. He was arguably the best passing guard at the event with elite court vision and a lot of creativity on his way to the basket. An unsigned senior from Australia looking to play college hoops here in America.

Sticking with the theme of impactful prospects on 4-0 teams, Williams was one of many players on Kentucky Future Elite 2024 that had an excellent weekend. The bigger wing averaged 11.8 points and 8.3 rebounds per game showing off his inside-outside versatility. Certainly was considered for All-Tournament honors as well, but wanted to make sure he was highlighted here due to his consistent impact for one of the best teams at The Stage.
Danny Worrell
Danny Worrell
It was a strong showing at The Stage for the Madison Spartans Basketball 2024, an under-the-radar group out of Wisconsin. They went 3-1 on the weekend with several prospects playing well, but 6’2″ guard Danny Worrell was the consistent standout including a 29-point performance in their final game on Sunday. He also had a couple of other big double-digit scoring efforts in wins for the Madison Spartans. This is a team to keep an eye on as they compete on the Prep Hoops Circuit.
