JJ has been playing at a high level since before he entered high school. Turned a lot of heads with his mature play and strength on the ball. He handles pressure very well and his maturity has really taken shape over the past few years. This past season at RSL Academy in Utah he put up impressive numbers and that has trickled over to the grassroots season. JJ has a few offers from D1 programs including a few in the Pac-12. This High IQ guard is a player that can pick apart a defense if you do not pressure him and if you do he will get by with that quick firsst step and low to the ground moves he has. Shooting is on point and at the end of the day he makes everyone around him better.
Kellen is somewhat off the radar but he looks to change that this Spring/Summer. He did pick up some early offers from San Jose State and Washington State as the Small Forward has impressed. With his size he handles the ball well out in the perimeter and those side stepping dribbles as he seeks and advantage often lead to him hitting jumpers. That all-around game should attract more college coaches as he does posses a lot of skills that can make him a 3 at a high level. He has poise, speed and rebounding ability to go along with his three-level scoring. He has a motor that can have him scoring 30 plus a game. Stay tuned this kid should have a breakout grassroots season.
Akai is a big time shooting guard that has 3 offers right now and he holds 4-stars as a recruit. With positional size and shot-making ability he will turn heads this Spring as he stretches the floor and opens up lanes as a shot maker. To top it off he is an athlete that can grab a board or a pass in the paint and go up in traffic and finish above the rim. He will post smaller guards and take them into that mid-post and do work. If you play toohigh he can get you off the bounce and he does step out beyond the arc to hit buckets. Look fo rhim to showcase more than his shooting this Spring.
