The 5-11 guard is listed as a combo guard, but his mature style of play beyond his years can make him one of the top point guards to watch this weekend. Poore is at his best when he is using his quickness to the basket and can score in a variety of ways. Poore’s high basketball IQ took a huge step forward this past season while playing at Cane Ridge.
Highlights
Gilbert is a 5-11 combo guard who always seems to make the right plays, as he won’t force a tough shot or make a bad pass often. He is a score-first guard who is coming off a high school season where he averaged 11 points per game for Adair County. Gilbert has taken more 3-pointers this season than ever before shooting at 42 percent from beyond the arc.

Jackson McCutcheon
Jackson McCutcheon
McCutcheon plays a very steady game and is a true three level scorer. He plays with a competitive edge where he can often score in bunches. Last weekend, McCutcheon averaged 13 points per game at the Grit Region Kick Off in Louisville. He is often making the right plays as he has a high basketball IQ.
Daeger is one of the top combo guards you will see this weekend at the Music City Madness. He can score in bunches as well as defend multiple positions. Daeger averaged 12.7 points per game as a freshman this past season at Silver Creek High School. Look for him to continue to shoot from beyond the arc where he shot 40 percent from during the high school season as well.
Highlights
The 5-10 guard can stroke it from the perimeter at a high rate as well as finish at the rim. He can create his own shot and plays a mature game beyond his years. Lafary has great outings when he is getting his teammates involved or getting his shooting stroke back.
