NR to 2… Will Riley Will Riley 6'7" | SF Phelps School | 2025 State #29 Nation PA – 6’7” / Phelps School / UPlay Canada / Wing: In late summer 2022 Riley proved to us that he is an unstoppable scoring wing. So, we knew his first year playing high school hoops here in the Unites States was going to be extremely impressive. But even we did not see this monster season coming – 25 points, 6 rebounds and 2.3 assists per game. Riley is an elite playmaker with speed, handles, a college physique and hops. In transition he can score or distribute. If you need a halfcourt scoring threat, Riley can hit shots from anywhere on the floor. Riley’s high scoring games included 44 points vs. Olympus Prep and 42 points against Lawrenceville Prep. Riley is hearing from a host of P5 programs.
44 to 3… Luke Bevilacqua Luke Bevilacqua 6'10" | C George School | 2025 State #68 Nation PA – 6’11” / George School / Philly Pride National / Center: When a nearly seven foot, 240-pound double-double machine with a polished low post skill set adds a face up game and 3-point range to his jumper, that prospect is going to skyrocket up our rankings. Bevilacqua’s more well-rounded skill enables him to operate as a traditional center, a high post threat and as a stretch-4. That versatility is an asset college coaches love. This season Bevilacqua averaged 16 points to along with 9 rebounds per game. He helped lead George School to the FSL tourney hardware as well as the PAISAA state title game. Two of his double-doubles really standout — 26 points and 12 rebounds vs. MFS as well as 22 points and 10 boards vs. West Nottingham (MD). Bevilacqua holds numerous DI offers.
NR to 5… Devin Booker Devin Booker 6'5" | SF Cristo Rey Philadelphia | 2025 State #347 Nation PA – 6’5″ / Cristo Rey Philadelphia / K-Low Elite / Wing: Prior to the 2022-23 season Booker transferred to Cristo Rey and reclassed into the 2025 graduate year. Those moves paid huge dividends as this long, athletic slasher wing prospect posted a tremendous sophomore season. This winter Booker averaged 24 points, 7.4 boards and 2 blocks per night. He also helped guide Cristo Rey to the Penn-Jersey AA league title and a berth in the PAISSA state tourney. Booker excels on cuts to the rim for catch and lay-ins, is a beast on the offensive glass and can splash the 3-ball. He is a plus defensive player too.
24 to 6… KJ Cochran KJ Cochran 6'3" | CG Perkiomen | 2025 State #111 Nation PA – 6’3” / West Chester East / K Low Elite / Combo Guard: For the second consecutive year Cochran was a starter and leading scorer (20 ppg.) for WC East as well as 1st Team All Ches-Mont selection. 245 to 43… Owen Schlager Owen Schlager 6'3" | CG Trinity | 2025 State PA – 6’3” / Trinity / Philly Pride UAA / Point Guard: 2022-23 was one hell of a campaign for Schlager. During the regular season Schlager posted 21 points to go along with 4 assists per game and was selected as the Mid-Penn Conference-Capital Division POY. Then this lefty point guard pushed Trinity to the District 3-3A title. In the 3A state tournament Schlager led his squad to the semifinals. During that state tourney run Schlager threw up a 40-piece during Trinity’s 2nd Round victory over Math, Civics & Sciences. He scored Trinity’s final 14 points in that contest. Obviously, Schlager can fill the scoring column in the stat book. But he is also an underrated floor general who can run a team and distribute. He holds an offer from Stonehill.

However, the 2023 post season is where he really shined. From ACC’s District 11-4A championship game win to their loss in the PIAA 4A state tournament semi-finals, Vigo elevated his game, averaging 15.5 points per night.
