Jaxson took his game to another level as he was just quicker off of the first step from the get go and he was not going to be denied as e saw that he had an advantage a lot of the time on the offensive end. One of the most explosive plays of the year was when he took the ball on a quick jab and he took off the other way and rose up for his patten two handed jam. Very happy for this kid as his game and level of play his team put him at allowed him to pick up some D1 offers because he does have D1 game.
Brody nearly averaged 12 RPG and he nearly out-rebounded the opposing teams entire front line as he had 11 last night and they had 12 between their 3 bigs. Brody posses a big problem for players his size trying to guard him because he has that range and when he is coming down the floor or on kick outs he is money. Brody went off for four three-pointers and lived up to that 4-start beside his name.
One of the most unheralded all year was just different last night, he has been a player that has deferred because he has been playing the right way. He has been making the extra pass he has been getting rebounds and getting that ball out quick and on the offensive glass he was getting boards nd finding open players that hit some big time open shots. Carter was the recipients of many smart passes but he was a big time stat stuffer and he finished with 24 points. Only a junior this kid is tough.
One f the best players in teh state regardless of class was balling out last night. He had 11 big and crucil rebounds as he was active on the glass. He hit from deep and he was getting to the rim as his ability off the dribble was apparent and one big thing that Jaxon worked on in the offseason.
When you think of a PG you want at the next level you have to consider Ace a big time prospect because he showed in the playoffs that he can give you what you need to win games and last night it was his creatinga bility as he had 9 assist and none better than him freezing a defender and throwing a no look pass tp Carter Doleac Carter Doleac 6'8" | PF Alta | 2024 State UT that happened when Alta was trying to put Timpview away. Shifty first move was on full dispplay as Ace helps Alta capture a State Title.
