Continue ReadingThe rankings have been released and are our most extensive to date. This is proven by our c/o 2025 Nifty 90 which features our 95 top prospects in the state. In this article, a follow up to Stockrisers Part 1, we take a look at some more stockrisers in the class of 2025.
35↑33 Came on late in the season to become a solid contributor for the two time 4A state champs.
39↑35 Highly skilled PG helped Douglas reach the state tournament for the second consecutive season. He averaged almost 10 points per game for the Tigers.
42↑37 The 4A defensive player of the year provided a spark for the Rattlers. His ability to spearhead their vaunted press was a huge part in Mojave taking home their second consecutive title.
46↑38 Prospect that could continue rising up the list. He has long arms and a solid frame. He saved his best game for last, scoring 12 points in the Championship game to help the Rattlers take home the crown.
41↑39 Positionless pitbull guard that just understands how to play the game. Behind his play the Lions captured the 3A crown this season.
45↑41 Smooth two guard that is the building block of the Rancho revitilization. He really showed off his versatility this season, averaging over 2 assist, rebounds and steals per game this year.
68↑48 Highly skilled PG was impressive when I saw him during the Tarkanian classic. Shifty guard that just finds ways to score the basketball.
71↑60 I first got wind of Kiper when I saw him at the Prephoops Expo this last summer. He backed up a strong performance at that camp, with an even stronger performance for Mater East this season. The Stockriser put up almost 13 points per game to go along with 4 rebounds.
84↑63 Rayford’s stock could climb even higher. One of the better swiss army knife players in the state, his defense and transition scoring was a big key to the Blue Knights taking home the 2A title this season.
77↑71 Stevens is the prototypical LV Wildcat, he understands his role and plays hard. The glue guy for LV gets a few bumps in the rankings after a productive sophomore season.
85↑77 Fralin is a raw prospect with a good frame. His size, along with his ability to rebound and defend the interior have allowed him to move up in the rankings.
