Despite being undersized for the position, Stevens does a good job of using his quickness to his advantage. The small ball four man is able to pull bigs away from the basket, and then use his slashing ability to attack the cup.

I really liked what I saw from Stevens. The hard hat, effort, energy guy, came on late in the season to help the Wildcats make a run to the 4A State Semifinals.

Las Vegas is one of the smaller teams left in the 4A playoffs, so Stevens’ production will be key to their success. He doesn’t have to score much to be productive, if the sophomore forward comes anywhere close to his 5 rebound per game average, the Wildcats have a good chance to advance.

The sophomore was relentless. Steven’s impact might not be found in the stat sheet, but he did a lot of little things for his team including rebounding, providing interior defense and winning 50/50 balls.
