Prep Hoops Missouri takes a look at a group of young players from the Class of 2025 who have been stepping up late in the season and during these district playoffs.

Noah Barnes (Windsor): The 5'10" point guard had quite a performance last night in the Owls' 59-58 victory over fellow Jefferson County school Festus in the Class 5, District 2 quarterfinals at North County. He scored a team-high 17 points and knocked down five 3-pointers. He is a solid young floor leader with good poise and a nice overall feel for the game.

[player_tooltip player_id='1424921' first='Jordan' last='Martin'] (Jefferson City): The 6'4" small forward scored 14 points in the Jays victory over Capital City in the Class 5, District 5 quarterfinals. He is a top baseball prospect, but he has been tremendous on the basketball court for the past two years. He has put up some impressive scoring and rebounding totals in helping lead the Jays to the CMAC championship this season.

Isaac Stinson (Hallsville): The 6'2" guard scored a season-high 25 points to lead Hallsville to a 78-64 over top-seeded Macon in the Class 4, District 8 quarterfinals. His fundamentals are excellent as he passes the ball well and he moves well without the ball. He is tough off the dribble and he can score in the lane at a variety of angles.

Gabriel Johnson (Richmond): The 6'6" forward has emerged as an impact player this season as he plays alongside 6'8" standout [player_tooltip player_id='1167327' first='Jack' last='Gogue'] on the Spartans' front line. He is an excellent athlete who plays with a lot of activity and skill. He is averaging 14 points and eight rebounds a game to help the Spartans to a 21-5 record and a No. 1 seed in the Class 4, District 15 tournament.

[player_tooltip player_id='1557492' first='Harrison' last='Bailey-Howard'] (McCluer North): A 6'2" guard who returned to the lineup in early February after missing two months with an arm injury. He has been excellent in the eight games that he's been back in helping the Stars to a 19-9 record and a berth in the Class 5, District 4 semifinals. He's a skilled athlete who has a high-basketball IQ. He also excels on the defensive end. He is averaging 15 points a game while shooting 43 percent from 3-point range.

Lekereon McCray (Sikeston): The athletic young player really stuffed the stat sheet in the Bulldogs victory over host North County in the Class 5, District 1 quarterfinals. He finished the game with 19 points, four rebounds, four assists and six steals. He has good quickness, a high motor and he has very good instincts on the defensive end. He is a big part of a talented and very young nucleus at Sikeston.

[player_tooltip player_id='1506867' first='Holton' last='Keith'] and [player_tooltip player_id='1557471' first='Eli' last='Pace'] (Webb City): The present and future of Webb City basketball is very bright with these talented young guards in the program. Keith is a 6'0" point guard who is very, very difficult to keep out of the lane. He has slick handles and he handles the pick and roll very well to finish in the lane, drop off a dime or hit the jumper. Pace came up with a big performance a couple of weeks ago with 20 points against an undefeated Nixa squad.
