Nik Khamenia Nik Khamenia 6'7" | SF Harvard-Westlake | 2025 State #18 Nation CA-S 6’8 W/G, Harvard-Westlake
He’s a top prospect in the 2025 class. The long wing has a good feel for the game, and plays at a high level. He causes matchup up problems for most. At 6’8 he’s comfortable going up and down the court looking to make plays, he has good vision and passing in transition. He can hit long 3’s, coming down in transition or spotting up in the corners. His length will get him points in the paint. 16pts, 3-3’s, 3rebs, 2a.
Tounde Yessoufou Tounde Yessoufou 6'6" | SF St. Joseph (Santa Maria) | 2025 State #20 Nation CA-S 6’6 W/F, St. Joseph
The Super Soph is one of the top prospects in the 2025 class, he draws lots of attention. He did show his athleticism while surrounded by long armed potential DI prospects that made him work for his points. To his credit, he found a way to help his team. He dropped a couple of 3’s from the perimeter. He showed good body control avoiding charges, using a euro, and other athletic moves around the rim. 14pts.
Julius Olanrewaju 6’5 W/F, San Joaquin Memorial
He was part of a group that played well together. He didn’t score a lot of points in this game, we know he can put points on the board. He found other ways to contribute to this team. He played good defense getting out on shooters to prevent open looks. He used his body to help defend inside. He did knock down a big 3ptr when needed. 4pts, 3rebs, 2a, 2blks.
EJ Spillman EJ Spillman 6'3" | CG Pacifica Christian/OC | 2025 State #396 Nation CA-S 6’4 G/W, Pacifica Christian/Orange County
He’s a big guard with a good set of handles, who uses force and balance to get into the paint for points, whether he’s pulling up for paint jumpers or making contact to finish on the drive. He did a little pushing bringing the ball up court and showed he could run the point at times. He aggressively looks to put points on the board, he hit a 3ptr. 11pts, 3rebs.
Gerald Perry Jr 6’3 CG, San Joaquin Memorial
Perry Jr played a good all around game from the guard position. He defended well out on the perimeter. He showed aggressiveness taking his man to the basket, he hit a short jumper along the baseline. His length and foot speed makes him a solid defender, he drew a charge. He has decent handles and movement with the ball. He spent time at the point. 7pts, 2stls, 1reb, 1a.
Abraham Potts 6’3 Guard, San Joaquin Memorial
Potts has a good upside. He was a spark coming off the bench, he knocked down a key 3ptr. He played solid on the defensive side of the ball, he grabbed a few rebounds, and made his free throws. He has a scorers mentality but does play with balance, and patience. His passing was good. He can hit the mid-range jumper off the dribble. We’ll see more of him in the spring and summer.
Logan Stewart 6’5 G/W/F, Pacifica Christian/Orange County
He’s a prospect we’ll have to see again. He did his damage coming off the bench in this game, he would be a starter on most teams. He’s a quality shooter from 3pt land. He handles and drives to the basket with good balance and determination, he used a nice spin move to get inside, he can hit the free throw jumper, and spot open players with his passing. He’ll go get a rebound.
2026 Standouts:
Julius Price 6’3 Guard, St. Joseph
Price continues to impress. He doesn’t look much like a Freshman at this point. He’s been a steady prospect working at the point guard position, and off the ball on occasion. He has the size and skills to run the point, he gets into the paint using his body for jumpers, and drives high off the glass. He sees the court, has vision and delivers good passes. He can put points on the board, with a good quick release on his mid-range jumper. 13pts, 3rebs, 1a.
Abdul Bare 6’9 Center, St. Joseph
Bare is raw, still picking things up as a 6’9 Center. He’s made good progress since the last time we saw him. He added size off the bench. He’s a big that can get rebounds, he had a few put backs. With continued work he’ll have paint presence, change shots, and get more rebounds. He did okay defending. He’s on the Watch List.
Gio Garduno Martin Gio Garduno Martin 6'2" | CG Half Moon Bay | 2026 State CA-N 6’1 CG, half Moon Bay
Garduno-Martin is one we’ll track in NorCal. He has a good fundamental skill set. He has a good understanding of the game as a Freshman. A good passer who makes good decisions when the ball is in his hands. He works well from the corner, spotting up for catch corners 3’s, using his dribble to attack along the baseline. He has a good crossover to get into the paint, and patience to get his shot off inside using foot work. 18pts, 4-3’s, 4rebs, 3a, 1s.
