Continue ReadingCracking the top ten after moving from 16th to 6th in this update, Boone is one of the top talents in the class and a ridiculous athlete whose college stock should soar in the near future.
Sticking with Douglass, Aveion moved up from 29th to 12th in the class and had the best highlight reel of anyone in the state this season. An explosive athlete, Chenault is deadly off the bounce and when attacking the offensive glass. To take the next step in his development, Aveion needs to become a more consistent three point shooter but he should see scholarship offers coming soon. He already has several for football.
Butler had a big season for Calloway County and boosted his ranking from 39 to 29. Jonah had three triple doubles for the season and consistently stuffed the stat sheet all season long for the Lakers. He keeps growing and is an excellent passer with a well rounded skill set.
Highlights
Jaden continues to have really strong high school seasons and he moved from 43 to 32 after his Sophomore campaign. Stewart is a good shooter with size who also can play on the block or attack the rim. Stewart likely will be recruited as a wing at the next level and could get some college interest this summer if he elects to play AAU.
Our biggest riser in this update, Layken goes from 58 to 37 and can continue rising if his momentum carries into the AAU season. Lyons is a very efficient scorer that averaged almost 20 points per game while shooting 40% from three and 52% overall as a Sophomore. Don’t be surprised if he makes a splash this AAU season.
