Davis came back to the Anacortes school district before this season after moving away for a year or 2. Fogle is a Division 1 prospect, already holding an offer to Seattle University. He will start to gather the attention of bigger schools as he gets older. His play on the court this year has been phenomenal. He changed this Seahawks offense and added a legitimate scoring threat who can score at all 3 levels and finds his spots with ease. He steps up in big games, having 29 points in a win against Lynden Christian, 37 points in a win against Sehome, and even had 42 in a tight loss to Lynden.
Canales is used to the big stages. Last season when the Lions went on a run and won the 2A state tournament, Canales stepped up and put the team on his back. He led them through the postseason, winning game after game. He eventually took home the 2A state tournament MVP honors and deservingly so. He finds his spots extremely well and lets the game come to him nicely. He scores at all 3 levels and finds his teammates effectively.
Kobe plays alongside Braydon Olson Braydon Olson 6’2″ | CG Mark Morris | 2024 State WA and they are a duo who could lead their teams far. Parlin could take over at any moment, which he has done multiple times this year. He’s scored 10+ in a quarter multiple times this year, and often goes for over 20 in a game. He’s patient with the ball, playing in control and hustling. He can facilitate the game well. The key to his game is balance. He scores when he wants but he finds his teammates good. He is a fantastic creator and he doesn’t tuhe ball over much.
It will take RA Long having a nice run to get deep into the state tournament, but Holden is a player who could carry his team. Cavin has scored 50 in a game this season and can easily get 30 every single night. He shoots effectively from mid-range and three point range but can also keep the ball controlled well and get to the rim. He finishes athletically around the rim and is able to go through bigger defenders.
