Here are my final predictions for the All-Met first team.

[player_tooltip player_id='1365123' first='Deangelo' last='Fogle'] | guard | Bard (DC) '23

Fogle's brilliant performance in the DCIAA Championship will go down in the books. It will be hard to deny him a spot on this list.

[player_tooltip player_id='957022' first='Cam' last='Gillus'] | guard | Sidwell Friends (DC) '23

Gillus was deserving of a first-team nod last year. He remained consistently solid for the Quakers who will again contend for a MAC Title.

[player_tooltip player_id='999616' first='DeShawn' last='Harris-Smith'] | guard | Paul VI (VA) '23

DHS has been excellent all season long for the nearly Panthers, who did not lose in conference play. The only question is: will he be the only Paul VI player selected?

[player_tooltip player_id='1115503' first='Greg' last='Jones'] | guard | Hayfield (VA) '23

Jones was a first-teamer last season. [player_tooltip player_id='1403923' first='Dj' last='Holloway'] had a great season and deserves mention along with [player_tooltip player_id='1403962' first='David' last='King']. Take your pick from the three.

[player_tooltip player_id='957026' first='Malik' last='Mack'] | guard | St. John's (DC) '23

Mack's stellar play at the 1 has been a big reason for the Cadets' success. The future Harvard man feels like a safe pick to make the first team.

[player_tooltip player_id='1413495' first='Peter' last='Mangan'] | guard | Damascus (MD) '23

Mangan has been productive for the Hornets who've won 20 games this season. He has a strong case to represent the Maryland Public Schools.

[player_tooltip player_id='1219879' first='Tyler' last='Perkins'] | guard | Landon (MD) '23

Was there a better player in the IAC than Perkins? The dangerous Bears made it all the way to the championship game in part because of his heroics.

[player_tooltip player_id='957109' first='Jeremiah' last='Quigley'] | guard | Bishop McNamara (MD) '23

Quigley did miss some time due to injury but closed out his senior campaign in style with a 30-point effort to help defeat Gonzaga.

[player_tooltip player_id='1281425' first='Ibrahim' last='Robinson'] | guard | Shabach Christian (MD) '23

Robinson has played consistently well for Shabach, who've won 25 games. He is one of the better-unsigned seniors you'll find.

[player_tooltip player_id='1114029' first='Ryan' last='Sabol'] | guard | Gonzaga (DC) '23

Sabol is one of two Gonzaga seniors who could make the first team. Thomas Batties is the other who deserves consideration.
