Tue., 2/21…Methacton at Garnet Valley: This District 1-6A 2nd round contest will feature two teams that play suffocating team defense. So, it will be interesting to see which squad can break through on offense. Methacton will lean on its impressive 2024 trio of Alex Hermann, [player_tooltip player_id='1577641' first='Matt' last='Christian'], and [player_tooltip player_id='1200783' first='Cam' last='Chilson']. Hermann (15 ppg.) is a tremendous mid-range to the rim scoring threat. Christian (14.6 ppg.; 75 3PM) and Chilson (9 ppg.) handle the perimeter shooting. For Garnet Valley, C/O 2025 star Jake Sniras is the No. 1 option. Running with Sniras are two lethal 3-point shooters in seniors [player_tooltip player_id='1185982' first='Max' last='Koehler'] (York College commit) and Logan McKee.

Tue., 2/21…Penn Wood at Plymouth Whitemarsh: Two of the top uncommitted scoring guards in Pennsylvania's Class off 2023 – [player_tooltip player_id='1472575' first='Nasir' last='Washington'] (Penn Wood) and [player_tooltip player_id='1188211' first='Qudire' last='Bennett'] (Plymouth Whitemarsh) - go mono-y-mono in this District 1-6A second round contest. Washington is coming off a ridiculous 37-point performance (9 threes) in the opening round of the District 1 tourney. “P-Dub” scoring machine [player_tooltip player_id='1188211' first='Qudire' last='Bennett'] is averaging 22 points per contest over his last three games. This past week he led “P-Dub” to the Suburban One League tournament title.

Tue., 2/21…Neshaminy at Lower Merion: Underdog Neshaminy travels out the turnpike to face Lower Merion, the defending District 1-6A champions. If Neshaminy is going to pull off this 2nd round upset, they will need big nights from their talented perimeter players -- point guard Emeer Combs, shooting guard [player_tooltip player_id='1121736' first='Sean' last='Curley'] and wing [player_tooltip player_id='1678657' first='Nate' last='Townsend']. LM will look to start another district title run behind their five-guard lineup that includes Penn commit [player_tooltip player_id='991391' first='Sam' last='Brown'] (18 ppg.), plus seniors [player_tooltip player_id='1382972' first='Justin' last='Poles'], [player_tooltip player_id='1472576' first='Sam' last='Wright'] and Teddy Pendergrass III as well as junior John Mobley.

Wed., 2/22…Upper Merion at Unionville: Upper Merion is headed for a District 1-5A second round showdown with a Unionville group that is extremely motivated after their heart-breaking Ches-Mont League championship game loss. UM's dynamic backcourt of combo guard Devon Nelson (10.5 ppg.) and point guard [player_tooltip player_id='1116047' first='Madison' last='Tatom'] (10 ppg.) give Upper Merion a fighting chance in this one. Shooting guard Nick Smiley (8 ppg.) rounds out UM's guard point production. Unionville is led by forward [player_tooltip player_id='1493066' first='James' last='Brenner'] who is posting a monster sophomore year. Flanking Brenner is shooting guard JT Anderson and combo guard Charlie Kammeier. Both prospects are capable of scoring in bunches.

Fri., 2/24…Hill School vs. Perkiomen School: Thesemi-final game in the PAISSA state tournament will feature two the deepest rosters in the region. Hill will look to stretch-4 prospect [player_tooltip player_id='1202023' first='Augustus' last='Gerhart'] (Penn commit), silky smooth shooting guard [player_tooltip player_id='1119136' first='Trey' last='O'Neil'] (handful of DI offers) and floor general [player_tooltip player_id='1196125' first='Jacob' last='Meachem'] to push them to the championship game. On the interior Hill has a host of big man college prospects in forwards [player_tooltip player_id='1382971' first='Josh' last='Cameron'], Justin Molen, and Matt Field. The Perkiomen School lineup is loaded too. Future Florida Gator [player_tooltip player_id='1472574' first='Thomas' last='Haugh'] is an unstoppable 3-level scorer. If somehow Hill manages to slow Haugh down, then electric wing Preist Ryan will pick up the slack. Plus, Perkiomen can look to top 2024 prospect [player_tooltip player_id='991393' first='Brant' last='Byers'] and elite 2025 guard Gabe Tanner for major contributions.
