Chase Curtis | 6-2 | Guard | 2023 | Neuse Christian Academy
Chase would be an absolute steal for any team still in need of a PG in the class of 2023. At 6’2” he has good size for the PG position. In his game against Thales Academy, he paced his team with 16 pts, 10 rebounds, and 6 assists. He is quick off the bounce and he uses that quickness to penetrate the paint relentlessly. When he gets in the paint, he has the ability to finish in traffic. He also displayed the ability to stop on a dime in the mid-range and get his shot off. He is an athletic guard that was also able to block or alter shots at the rim.
Justin Brown Justin Brown 6'7" | SF Thales Academy Apex | 2025 State NC | 6-3 | Forward | 2025 | Thale Academy Rolesville
Brown is a player that could make a serious impact in the next couple of years and should be watched closely. Against Neuse Christian Academy, he had 29 points, 19 rebounds, and 2 assists. He is a good finisher and he possesses the ability to grab a rebound or take a steal, push it, score for himself or create for others. He is athletic and he uses that athleticism when attacking the basket. He goes after every rebound ferociously. He also shows the ability to block and alter shots at the rim.
Miles Richman | 6-2 | Forward/Center | | 2023 |Thales Academy Rolesville
Richman is an undersized forward/ center that could thrive in the right system. He has a solid body and does not get pushed around by larger players. He doesn’t force shots and takes what the defense gives him. He has good post-footwork that when coupled with his frame allows him to operate efficiently in the high and low post. Miles also has range out to the 3-point line and he can drive past slower defenders when out on the perimeter.
Steven McLeod Steven McLeod 6'2" | CG GRACE Christian | 2024 State NC | 6-0 | Guard | 2024 | Grace Christian Academy
Mcleod is an intriguing 2024 that can really play the game. He has good mechanics on his jumper and has the range to make shots from the three-point line. He is an active defender that reads passing lanes and gets off-ball steals. He is a terror in the open court where he uses his quickness to go coast to coast. He is an unselfish player and looks to get his teammates involved.
Quasim Oden Quasim Oden 6'1" | PG GRACE Christian | 2024 State NC |6-1| Guard | 2024 | Grace Christian Academy
Another potent guard in the Grace Christian Academy attack. He is a name to watch in the Class of 2024 in North Carolina. Averaging, 15.1 points, 2.2 assists, and 3.9 rebounds per game. He is a shifty guard that can use his dribble to get to his spots on the court. On a couple of occasions, he used his dribble to maneuver to the mid-range where he shot over the defender. He is a solid defender that gets his share of on and off-ball steals.
