<p>[player_tooltip player_id='1737868' first='Zion' last='Pipkin'] returns to Texas after his stint at Oak Hill Academy and immediately lands a spot as the 2nd-ranked point guard while being 7th overall. Another Greater Houston Area prospect to make a leap into the top tier is Silsbee's [player_tooltip player_id='1218010' first='Jared' last='Harris'] who rises 16 spots up, going from 19th in the state to 3rd. </p>

<p><strong><em>Who is the Biggest Stock Riser?</em></strong></p>

<p>Lake Highlands standout point guard, [player_tooltip player_id='1126058' first='Jaylen' last='Washington']. This kid is by far the biggest riser of anyone in state with a stock that skyrocketed 75-spots, from 100 to 25. Washington has earned 3 Division-1 scholarships this season by being the floor general and glue guy that makes the entire game easier for each one of his teammates. </p>

<p><strong><em>Who are the Most Noteable Newcomers?</em></strong></p>

<p>12 new names were added to the top-100, the most notable being [player_tooltip player_id='1738421' first='Braden' last='Hausen'], a 6-foot-7 sharpshooter with a high ceiling and an abundance of potential. An additional name to remember is [player_tooltip player_id='1738600' first='Dillon' last='Battie'], a 6-foot-8 athletic freak of nature with a well oiled motor that just won't quit. Point guard [player_tooltip player_id='961962' first='TJ' last='Burch'] is another prospect to join the rankings after his reclassification to the 2024 class, landing himself a top-10 spot at his position. </p>
