JL Chambers spoils Myers Park's home opener

JL Chambers went into a hostile environment and flipped the script, literally, in the fourth quarter. The Cougars went on quite the run in the final quarter, outscoring the Mustangs 31-16 en route to a 71-60 victory. It's the second consecutive victory for the Cougars as they bounce back from two straight losses to open their season. They showed they could spread the wealth as a squad in the win as a big fourth quarter win sparked a comeback. [player_tooltip player_id='1277983' first='Nick' last='Dorn'] led the way for Chambers with 20 points (6-for-11 FG), five steals and two assists. [player_tooltip player_id='1338309' first='Jahmir' last='Brown'] filled up the stat sheet with 14 points, six steals and five assists. [player_tooltip player_id='1076352' first='Maurio' last='Hanson'] had 12 points, seven rebounds and five assists. [player_tooltip player_id='854882' first='Marcus' last='Brown'] also chipped in with 10 points and five rebounds before fouling out. They're learning how to give things an all-around effort as they look to be a contender in 4A once again.
