Rosters are commonly deep with talent and the teams at the Big Stage sure have long rotations of quality players. Here are some new names to know!

[player_tooltip player_id='1297886' first='Fitz' last='Freeman'] of Robbinsdale Armstrong (jr big). Freeman grabbed ten rebounds for the game and is as physically built as just about anybody in his grave. Sets a strong screen, no stranger to contact, and once he gets his hands on a ball it's collected. Still has a lot to develop on offense but surely a player that could develops.

[player_tooltip player_id='1284086' first='Anthony' last='Knight'] of Cretin-Derham Hall (jr guard). Knight was maybe the steadiest Raider. Solid defense, created shots for others, rebounded good for his spot, scored a dozen points, and was just solid throughout the game. The guard he defended much of the night had a tough shooting game and Knight was a key part of that defensively.

[player_tooltip player_id='1549741' first='Ronald' last='Lee'] of Benilde-St. Margaret's (jr). Lee deserves a ton of credit for the way he defended Musungu who missed a dozen shots and it was Lee's strength and lateral quicks that Musungu had to score over the top of. He did that with 100 percent hard working effort, plus made a couple shots too.

[player_tooltip player_id='1446222' first='Landyn' last='Nelson'] of Andover (sr). Nelson struggled from the field but he did a great job on the glass grabbing ten boards. The Huskies had their issues stopping Wilson because of size but they did often hold BSM to one shot because of Nelson and Strenge.

Von Strenge of Andover (sr). At 6'4 Strenge was a constant inside competitor grabbing eleven rebounds and scoring 15 points. BSM did not do a good job of locating him so Strenge rim ran when shots went up, he transition ran hard, and he cut off ball hard. All of it gave Andover a third scoring option and gave Von a double-double against a top opponent.

[player_tooltip player_id='1296153' first='Kayden' last='Wells'] of Benilde-St. Margaret's (jr). Another BSM player who I thought did a great job playing their role. Wells is 6'4 and did a nice job rebounding (6), defending, and he moved off the ball to score his eight points. BSM got back in the game with an all around effort and Wells was a key part of that.

Jerome Willams of Osseo (sr big). Jerome is 6'5 and offensive lineman big because he is future Minnesota Gopher Big Ten lineman. Williams has great feet and hands at his size moving those feet for some impressive moves. Moved out of his area for six boards and had three scores showing good footwork. New name to know in hoops, not overall though.
