These are just some of the players who have topped 30 early in the season. Reach out to on Twitter @Justin4hoops if you have a player who you’d like added to the 30 point club.
The senior sharp-shooter scored 37 points in a win over Freeman. I could have guessed it was only a matter of time before he dropped over 30 points. He is a scoring machine for Pullman with unlimited range. I’m more impressed with his overall game as a combo guard who does everything well. He is possibly the best shooter in the state but he can also do a lot of things well. He is a good ball handler and can run the point if needed. He is long and athletic, which he can show off in the open floor finishing with a dunk. He has a great basketball IQ and is a tireless worker. He puts in the work, and it’s paying off. He is a legit college prospect and the level keeps growing. In my opinion he can play at any level and be successful. All teams need shooters. How about an athletic and long one who can create his own, shoot it from 28 feet and handle the rock.. Pullman is my early season favorite at the 2A level and they are off to a 3-0 start.
Highlights
He is another one that it was just a matter of time before he hit 30. He did exactly that, with 30 points in a win over Cascade. He is much the same as Brown with unlimited range and quick release. He is an athletic guard who has size to go with his shooting skills. He can finish with the best of them in the open floor. He is only a junior and I think it’s safe to say he will get more than 30 soon with the way he shoots it at a high clip. He is a scoring guard with confidence in his shot to let fly anywhere, anytime from well beyond the arc.
He might play on a team from Oregon but they do play in the Mid-Co 3A/4A league. He dropped 34 in a big win over a good Ellensburg team early in the season. I’ve seen a little bit of him on film and he can score from all levels. He’s a tough kid who isn’t afraid to mix it up with rebounds and buckets in the paint but can also shoot it from deep. He had several huge games last season and appears to be in good shape to do even better this year. He will be a player to watch for an improved Hermiston team this season

This might not be the player you expected to hit 30 first for Grandview with the likes of Julian Garza Julian Garza 5’11” Grandview | 2023 WA and Levi Dorsett Levi Dorsett 6’0″ | CG Grandview | 2024 State WA . He scored exactly 30 in a big 96-51 win over Wapato. He is a quick guard who can get his shots going to the dribble drive and making tough shots. He is not very big at, but he is crafty and quick. He also had 23 points in a win over Sunnyside. He is not the first of this name to be a standout player at Grandview. Look out for Grandview in the 2A ranks, they have a handful guards who can really play. They are 4-0 in early season action.

Scored 34 in a 78-61 win over Goldendale. He has good size and can shoot it. He was one of the better scorers in his freshman season last year. This is a young team who made a run last season before being knocked out in regional play.
He scored 31 points in a victory over Colville. He led Northwest Christian to the state 2B tournament last season and was the leading scorer for the Crusaders. That was his freshman year. He’s back to fill it up in his sophomore season. He is a quick guard who loves to get to the rack with the dribble drive. Both he and brother Asher West Asher West 6’2″ | SG Northwest Christian | 2024 State WA (Jr.) this season also love to put pressure on the ball and create turnovers for easy layups. Maybe even dunks at this point. The younger scored more last season, around 16 points a game. These two will lead Northwest Christian to a potentially deep post-season run again this year.
