Section One. Senior Drew Schindler of Chatfield. An intelligent scorer for the Gophers who put up 16 points a game last season and did it with his scoring touch in a number of different ways. Schindler was an all league player last year and a reason we think Chatfield will take a step forward this winter.

Section Two. Senior [player_tooltip player_id='962308' first='Hayden' last='Niebuhr'] of Maple River. Niebuhr took a really nice step forward last season and into the summer as a consistent rebounder and low post finisher. Hayden is a strong 6-foot-7 and his development gives Maple River another element as a contender.

Section Three. Senior [player_tooltip player_id='1225659' first='Eli' last='Nelson'] of Paynesville Area. Nelson will be a three year starting point guard who has a really steady handle and a solid scoring touch when he's able to attack and attempt shots on balance. Nelson scored 12 points a game as a junior.

Section Four. Junior [player_tooltip player_id='1288695' first='Tysen' last='Hayes'] of St. Paul Academy. Hayes is a big wing listed at 6'6 who is really good spotting up and hitting with feet set. Hayes combines his ability to score with the face-up jumper with a low post game that produced double figure points a game as an underclassmen.

Section Five. Senior Cole Gilbert of HLWW. Gilbert is a solid 6'4 rebounder for the Lakers and he's coming off of a 12 point, 7 rebound per game season. Gilbert is an excellent shooter that knocked out nearly 80s threes last year and did it with a really nice touch with great range.

Section Six. Senior Anthony Dass of Sauk Centre. Daas scored 13 points with six rebounds and 2.5 assists a game last season for a 20 win team. A 6'2 all league player that is a really good passer that can create for others but also a nice shooter that can score at the arc.

Section Seven. Senior AJ Roen of Rock Ridge. There has been a lot of talk about all the good players coming together for the first year of Rock Ridge and one of those key guys is AJ Roen. Roen is a 12 point per game all league player that plays around the basket and on the perimeter. Good footwork in the post and working around screens.

Section Eight. Junior [player_tooltip player_id='1419970' first='Brevin' last='Stoa'] of Hawley. All league playmaker that averaged 13.5 points and 4.5 assists a game a year ago. Stoa plays point guard and has great size for the position at 6'3. Has always been a solid scorer but has really taken a step forward in running a team.
