The NLL for a little bit now has been ran by Northview but with their top two players leaving it will be different this year I expect. This is my NLL preview.

I believe Perrysburg will be one of the top teams in the Toledo area this year. Perrysburg is led by Matt Wakins and this kid is a hooper. He has a ton of confidence and is a player you want on your team and hate him if he isn't. He will run the show and will run Perrysburg to a very impressive year. I have them being the only team in the area to beat Whitmer but I do think they drop their second game against Northview as it will be in Sylvania. Perrysburg will have a dominant year and be the new king in the NLL.

2. Northview - Last Year: 25-2 (14-0) - 2022-23 Prediction: 17-5 (11-3)

Northview lost their two top players, Kasey Hunt and Sean Craig. Craig was this team's bread and butter for years and now without him Northview has tons of question marks but luckily for them, they aren't dropping off much in the size department. They will have [player_tooltip player_id='1398637' first='Nik' last='Echelmeyer'] (2024 6'7), Logan Horton (2025 6'10), and a freshman I am very excited about and who will make a name for himself here soon Alan Horton (2026 6'7). So yes, Northview will be gigantic in the post this year. They will also have a very good [player_tooltip player_id='2313642' first='Drew' last='Barnesky'] running the show and I think Northview's recent winning culture will carry them.

3. Southview - Last Year: 14-9 (8-5) - 2022-23 Prediction: 15-4* (11-3)

Southview will go as [player_tooltip player_id='1285254' first='Micah' last='Bays'] goes. I really like this kids' game. Very athletic and smooth jumper. A nice athlete that sometimes showcases an ability to dunk on anyone. He is a nice guard I don't think many if any, teams in the NLL have an answer for him.

4. Napoleon - Last Year: 12-13 (7-9) - 2022-23 Prediction: 13-8* (7-7)

Napoleon, similar to Southview, will go as [player_tooltip player_id='1421140' first='Caden' last='Kruse'] goes. I first saw Kruse play this summer and he is the real deal. He is a big wing. 6'6 and has tree trunks for legs but moves super well. Gets it up and throws it down when he gets to the rim and moves people out of the way when he does. This isn't even this kid's speciality. He is a sniper.
