There were 8 local teams I watched and here were some of the junior standouts:

[player_tooltip player_id='1498372' first='Vyctorius' last='Miller'] AZ Compass Prep

A bigger combo guard makes scoring look easy. He makes catch threes consistently, as he gets balanced very quickly and fires away. His defensive presence was next level anticipating passes and collecting steals.

[player_tooltip player_id='1634726' first='Makhan' last='Diouf'] Bella Vista Prep

A long forward who is very fluid and has incredible passing abilities for his size. He will compete inside with the bigs but he impressively will defend on the perimeter versus the guards and wings. He rim runs, block shots and challenges perimeter shooters. He can flush it down easily and step out and hit the catch three.

[player_tooltip player_id='1367577' first='Luke' last='Bamgboye'] Bella Vista Prep

A two-way post player is one of the better rim protectors and will alter or blocks shots. He can take one dribble and explode up to dunk the ball in the dunkers spot. He will shoot it from mid-range and score on hook shots in the paint.

[player_tooltip player_id='1052572' first='Terrence' last='Hill Jr'] AZ Compass Prep (Pictured)

A pure point guard with good size and incredible court vision. He rivals most on the West Coast with his precise passing. His feel for the game is very high and plays well off the pick and roll. He shoots the three very cleanly. He changes speeds with an already tight handle to get passed his defenders and will throw the strike or lay it in.

[player_tooltip player_id='1129386' first='Pharaoh' last='Compton'] AZ Compass Prep

One of the stronger power forwards in the class is an explosive athlete with unreal length. When he flushes it down high above the rim, it seems like he is about to rip the rim down. Most of his work is in heavy traffic with challenged rebounds, dunks and blocks.

[player_tooltip player_id='1571918' first='Gerrell' last='Trapps'] AZ Compass Prep Black

A tough as nails point guard is a natural downhill attacker to the rim. The lefty changes speeds to get to the basket often and can score with good body control. He harasses his opposing guards the length of the court.

[player_tooltip player_id='1183400' first='KaShar' last='Benton'] Taylor Made Prep

The big boy is starting to get a little more athletic. He rebounds strongly with his huge hands and is nearly six-foot-ten. He scores on hook shots with his dominant right hand and can throw it down with a little more bounce in his step.

[player_tooltip player_id='1074371' first='Jovan' last='Milicevic'] Dream City Christian International

A high IQ power forward with strength and skill. He creates his own offense with some old school moves. He can take a couple steps and float in off of one foot like Dirk, he can fall away from defender, his three point stroke is pure and he is very crafty near the rim. His best skill may be his passing as he sees the court like a point forward.
