[player_tooltip player_id='1014990' first='Micah' last='Jones'] - 5'11 Point Guard - Holly Springs High

Jones is a point guard that continues to impress and climb up the radar at Holly Springs High. He moves from No. 221 into the No. 49 spot in the latest update. He's a shifty point guard that can knock down shots on the perimeter and distribute, both at volume. He's got a chance to have a strong senior campaign with a few other college prospects on the floor with him in [player_tooltip player_id='1158778' first='Collin' last='Kuhl'] and [player_tooltip player_id='1546447' first='Ryan' last='Crotty'] to dish the ball to. Navy, Lees-McRae and Mount Olive have offered the unsigned floor general as well.

[player_tooltip player_id='1145483' first='CJ' last='Alston'] - 5'11 Guard - NC GBBA National

Alston is another 2023 name in the backcourt that's seen his stock rise of late with his play for NC GBBA. He moves from No. 134 to the No. 69 spot in the 2023 rankings update. He's improved his ballhandling ability and shown he can find others as in space just as well as create for himself in the open court. He's an unsigned prospect to keep eyes on on the national front with his ability to defend and get buckets in the paint.

[player_tooltip player_id='1142620' first='Kaleb' last='Siler'] - 6'9 Center - Carmel Christian School

Siler moves inside the Top 100 of the 2023 rankings in the state at the 86th spot in the latest update. He's shown off an improved body and motor that's allowed him to be a better finisher around the rim and quite the presence around the rim defensively. He had a productive season on the grassroots scene with [program_tooltip program_id='2078535' first='Team' last='Charlotte'] this past cycle. He'll be one of a few names to keep eyes on with Carmel Christian in 2022-23 with offers from Hampton and East Tennessee State.

[player_tooltip player_id='1176150' first='Vytas' last='Nausedas'] - 6'5 Wing/Forward - Cape Fear Academy

Nausedas is another name with Cape Fear Academy to keep eye on given the latest update. He moves from No. 120 to No. 72 in the 2023 rankings. He's a versatile prospect at 6-foot-5 that can operate inside and out with his length, frame and athleticism. Colleges of all levels would be wise to get eyes on him as he continues to develop with each update. He's another prospect in the class with breakout potential in the state of North Carolina this season.

[player_tooltip player_id='1059721' first='Ollie' last='Alford'] - 6'0 Guard - West Charlotte High

Alford is another backcourt stock-riser in the 2023 class, moving from the No. 278th spot into the No. 65 position in the latest update. He's a guard due for a breakout senior season after putting up 6.0 ppg, 2.0 apg, 2.5 rpg and 2.1 spg as junior at West Charlotte. He likes to get downhill and make things happen off the bounce and has quite the court vision as a distributor. He's a prospect that DII and DIII colleges in need of a scrappy guard should take a look at out of the Charlotte area.
