1 – Winters Grady Winters Grady 6'7" | SF Prolific Prep | 2025 #118 Nation CA-N (2025 Lake Oswego)
Previously at #2, Grady moves into the top slot in the latest Class of 2025 rankings. Already standing at 6-foot-7 with perimeter skills, the sophomore still has considerable upside and strikes us as the prospect with the most college potential at the highest level. He had a big spring/summer with the Rose City Rebels 15U squad on the EYBL circuit and he’s already gotten offers from both Portland and Portland State and is definitely on the radar of schools in the Pac-12 and beyond. 2022-23 should be a very big year for the young swingman.
2 – Brayden Boe Brayden Boe 6'5" | CG Mountainside | 2025 State #254 Nation OR (2025 Mountainside)
Boe makes the jump up into the number two spot after a big summer where he earned another Division I scholarship offer from Seattle University. The 6-foot-3 guard is extremely skilled with the basketball and his court vision and passing ability may project him as a point guard down the road. He’s already physically imposing on the court and his overall athleticism has translated onto the football field as a receiver – although hoops will always be number one for him.
3 – Jalen Atkins Jalen Atkins 6'2" | SG Barlow | 2025 State OR (2025 Barlow)
Atkins remains in the top five as he’s arguably the top pure scorer in the class. A tremendous shooter and shot-creator, the 6-foot-2 guard was a mainstay for the Rose City Rebels 15U squad and will unquestionably be the go-to guy for a young, yet very talented Barlow squad this upcoming season. Injuries hampered him a bit this off-season but he should be healthy and 100 percent ready to go for this year.
4 – Boden Howell Boden Howell 6'3" | CG South Medford | 2025 State #394 Nation ID (2025 South Medford)
It was a busy off-season for the high-scoring swingman from South Medford as Howell played with a couple of different AAU squads – but with each, it was at a high level (EYBL) and he proved himself with his ability to put the biscuit in the basket. It could be argued he’s one of the hardest guys in the state to guard one-on-one with his deadeye shot from distance and his ability to create off the dribble and score in different ways.
5 – Isaac Carr Isaac Carr 6'3" | CG Central Catholic | 2025 State #75 Nation OR (2025 Central Catholic)
Rounding out the top five is Carr, who has visibly grown in both height and strength over the off-season. Another stalwart on the Rose City Rebels 15U squad, the now 6-foot-3 sophomore is still arguably the best pure shooter in the class but with his added size, has improved upon his ability to get to the basket and score. Central Catholic will be a young team this season and Carr will have the opportunity to step into a more leading role.
