The 6-foot-4 guard proved himself as a lethal shooter and scorer his two years at South Medford and the song has remained the same since he’s been at Owyhee in Idaho – a time that included winning a state championship last year.

Howell came up to Washington for the Hardwood Invite each of the past two seasons and really flashed playmaking ability, along with the stones to hit some tough shots. He’s now playing with the Jones Academy and brought a versatile style of play to the floor this past weekend. He’s a strong kid that can defend inside and out, rebound well, and finish high at the rim while being able to go either direction equally well.
