Mays was the smallest player height-wise, but certainly competed regardless. Pest on the defensive end with lightning quick hands. Created some opportunities for himself pick-pocketing his man and getting layups in transition. Lots of speed and can cover plenty of ground.
Kruse looked exceptionally better than the last time I watched him during AAU season with a good showing in Columbus. I loved how competitive he played on both ends of the floor, turning defense into offense and looking comfortable in transition. Seemingly quicker on the bounce.
Schnipke is a big body and takes up plenty of space in the paint with his 6’10 frame. Fights over post ups and can take away those post entry passes. Good seals himself on the offensive end and disruptive defensively with his long arms.
Majors was one of the better guards I saw and was impressive on the perimeter Saturday. Tight handle and can use the between-the-legs and protection dribbles. Good awareness on the defensive end and got his shifts down covering help-side.
