Michael Roth | Prep Hoops Scout
This was the best I’ve seen Schnipke after he showed some impressive flashes on the Prep Hoops Circuit this spring and summer with CLP Elite. Schnipke made a handful of jumpers which caught my eye, as that was a skill only occasionally displayed by him before. Schnipke showed some promise at 6’9 defensively but still could improve as a rebounder considering how tall he is. Schnipke is a prospect that a local Division III program will want to take a chance on to see if he develops with college coaching as he has some interesting skills for his size. A stock riser from the event, look for him to jump in the next rankings update.

Schnipke is a big body and takes up plenty of space in the paint with his 6’10 frame. Fights over post ups and can take away those post entry passes. Good seals himself on the offensive end and disruptive defensively with his long arms.

Schnipke is another Prep Hoops Circuit prospect who showed some potential for CLP Elite. Still figuring out how to maximize his size, Schnipke is a work in progress as a prospect. He’s got the height, length and blocked a decent amount of shots for CLP Elite. With a solid senior season for Lima Shawnee, one of the best Division II programs in Ohio, Schnipke could get some Division III or JUCO interest with a program willing to work with him.
