Who will step up? The Vikings have several players back from last season's squad. The Vikings lost to Calhoun County HS 3 times a season ago. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>Calhoun County HS</strong> - The Saints just win Championships. Last season was #10 for Head Coach Zam Fredrick. Saints defeated Denmark-Olar HS 84-77 and Great Falls HS 76-67 in the Upper State Championship last year. Saints finished season (27-1) and on a 26-game winning streak after defeating Scott's Branch HS 53-49 to claim the State Championship. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>North HS </strong>- <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='865318' first='Jalen' last='Jefferson']</strong> is back in the Orangeburg County after playing at Gray Collegiate. Chris is a fierce competitor with his ability to get the ball into the paint and gaps at times. Washington a quick footed water-bug guard likes to bring pressure to the ball will be back for a senior campaign. Keithon as a junior contributed 50 touchdowns and 3,512 total yards rushing and passing last season. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Seniors <strong>Cameron Davis</strong> and <strong>CJ Bell </strong>will both help the Wagener-Salley HS War Eagles thus season. Both players currently playing football see plenty of action on the gridiron and hardwood. Davis a Quarterback/Running Back/Strong Safety averaged 15.5 ppg, 6.1 rebounds and 5.2 assists last season. Bell a Wide Receiver/Defensive Back chipped in at 16.5 ppg and 7.3 rebounds.
